Description of Work: It was okay. Had to have a re-do. Got no guff from reapplication for free within specified time period. Second application took care of my issue. Seems to be confusion between office and field personnel about "bombing," which I did not want when I ordered the service initially. Talk to the on-site personnel about what you want.

Description of Work: Sprayed for carpenter ants. First time didn't work.... They had to come back a 2nd time. They told me we needed to wait 2 weeks before determining it didn't work- so had to live with ants for 2 more weeks. It worked immediately the second time. Two weeks seemed excessive to have to live with pests.

When treating for ants, and other general crawling insects, it is very much typical to have a grace period of 2 weeks to allow the treatment to take it’s full effect. Also, this is something that comes directly from the manufacturer of the treatment programs, themselves. You must give the treatment program time to actually begin coming into contact with the pests and allow them to take it back to their nest. This is because you are not only treating the pests you can see, but also are addressing the core issue, which is the nest. We were very happy to hear that the issue has been resolved. Making sure our customer’s needs are happily met and their pests are exterminated is paramount to our core mission here at Budget Pest Control, Inc. Description of Work: Always very prompt and courteous when coming to my home and explained everything about where they were going to spray or if they had to skip over something. Also if I need them to come back out during the three month block they have always been very responsive and never hassled me about coming back out to re-spray. Very satisfied with this company.

Description of Work: Treated exterior of house for pests by inspection and spraying. This was my second experience with this company, and this agent was not as thorough or as accommodating as the first one was. When I explained that I was allergic to venom from honeybees and yellow jackets, he didn't seem to appreciate the seriousness of situation, at least from the evidence of how he carried out the job. He rushed through the job, got spray in the door leading to the deck and did not clean it up (I don't think he knew I was watching). I'm not sure if I'll call them again next year.
