Description of Work: they were quite receptive and friendly in the beginning. the first service person was a gem. however, when i explained that my mouse problem was still present, they started giving the cold shoulder. the ending was sour in that i still have a mouse problem.

Description of Work: They were great to work with but they didn't solve my mouse problem. They came twice after I dealt with the mice by myself for about 6 weeks. I still had mice after the second visit. After talking with a neighbor, I found out where the mice were coming in and sealed it up which Budget said they could not do.

When dealing with rodents it’s always important to note that the level of infestation plays a key role, it may take a bit more to resolve the issue properly in certain cases. This is because we look to address the core issue, which would be eliminating the nests. As far as sealing up any openings that are potentially being exploited by rodents, we typically advise against it until after the issue has been fully resolved. Description of Work: We have regular pest control services with Budget Pest Control; however, I contacted the company separately due to two large hornet nests that were along my driveway. We were able to easily schedule the service. The hornet problem was resolved in less than a week, and the price was incredibly reasonable.

Description of Work: We took advantage of one of Angie's List Big Deals to have Budget Pest Control do an inspection of the exterior of our home and put a repellent in numerous areas to prevent mice from entering. They did exactly what we expected and were very punctual. So far, no problems. They also could provide an additional indoor inspection for an additional fee, if needed.

Description of Work: They did a decent job of getting rid of the pests but they were terrible to deal with. They would get mad if we called them back to re-spray and it was a different guy every time they come out. Once, they charged me for a day they didn’t even come!

However, there are several points that we’d like to address. We keep very detailed records of everything we do here at Budget Pest Control and take any complaints very seriously. We would like to state very clearly for the record that we have never charged this customer for a service that was not completed. If a customer has work completed at their residence they are responsible for payment, this is how all businesses operate. As for having a different tech out each time, this is typical unless the customer otherwise requests a specific tech. Once a customer requests a specific tech we are more than happy to accommodate them. If a customer is unhappy with any of our techs we are just a phone call away.
