See above. My only negative would be that the original problem should be guaranteed to be taken care of. The positives: they came on time, were very pleasant, were careful to take off there shoes and finally did get rid of the ants (there was a second nest on the roof).

These guys were great, showed up on time, and were very professional.

This was my first experience with them. Their guarantee stood out to me. I called them back and they had to come back because I found more spiders. They came back and took care of that without any extra charge. Their technicians were very nice.

The wasps were coming in the house. They were getting in through the vent and I assumed they was a connection. I seen them in one of the rooms in the basement and they were making their way down to the back. I thought they were really good because it was high. I didn't think they were going to make it. They brought three ladders and they got up. They didn't give up and that was good. We have not seen any wasps around the house.

Explanation of the procedure used to exterminate insects was given in detail by company representative. Service was prompt and efficient, including a follow-up treatment. I am very satisfied with the work done.

The work turned out very well, and we were very pleased with them. We talked with somebody by the name of Michael. We had been away from home off and on - more off than on - the last seven years, so we ended up with termites. We are waiting to see what is going to happen. We also had to spray for any kind of creepy crawly bugs that might have set up house while we were gone. We spent $732 plus $271, and it was all on the same day. We don’t have anything to compare their prices to. It has been good so far; I guess with the weather, maybe we won’t see much. They explained to us that the chemicals they were using were not harmful. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, they will be out either in May or June for a followup appointment.

If I could give a company an A+ rating, this would be it. I called for them to honor their warranty of coming back out to re-treat if there was still a presence of stink bugs. After waiting two weeks, when it warmed up, I had about 30 a day again. Called them and told them and the person on the other end of the telephone even said "That is too many." He said they would be out. Made the appointment, the same tech showed up on time, was polite, professional, and even offered to have my kids wait in his truck rather than out in the cold for our ride to show up (you have to leave the house for a certain amount of time). As I said before, great company and great work!

LIFE SAVER! This may seem like an extreme statment, but what I am about to tell you is a true story. This past fall we were invaded by the stink bugs like others. We did all of the normal recommendations (put insulation around pipes, screened vents in the attic, duct taped about every known opening, even tape paper over recess lighting, etc.) Through the winter things were ok, but everytime it warmed past 60 degrees, we would kill approximately 50-100, a day, inside the house, spread throughout the house. Let me say that again, 50-100 a day inside the house. We live in a very wooded area, so this may explain the numbers, for when we would speak with friends who live in more of a suburban setting, they would mention they kill 1 or 2 a week. We decided we could not wait until fall to address this issue. Despite the media's reports that nothing can be done about stink bugs, we called Budget Pest Control. We had delt with this company in the past once before with the sale of a previous home for terminte issues. I remember them being friendly, professional, non-pushy, and having a good price. Also, they have great reviews on Angie's List so I decided to give them a call. From the very first phone call things go great. Chad, the man who seems to usually answer, could not be nicer and actually will talk to you about the problem, not just say "we can send someone to look at it." And they are not at all pushy with getting your business. So called on Friday and made appointment for that coming Monday. The tech was on time, polite, professional, and even seemed genuine in that he wanted to help solve the problem. On the actual performance side, it might be too early to determine if the problem is solved, but I have found numerous dead stink bugs today, where previoulsy I would only find live ones. Also, the two biggest problem rooms, which the tech said he would pay extra attention to, I have only killed one live one. This is a huge improvement. They do say it may take two weeks until you notice a true reduction (for the product to work) and they offer a free retreatment if you are unsatisfied with the results after two weeks. I no longer am anxious about the warm weather and the chore of making everyday a day of killing stink bugs or finding them in the unpleasant of places (i.e. in my baby's crib) and cannot recommend Budget Pest Control enough. If you think you cannot find a solution to your stink bug problem, call them and they will help you. Great service and company Budget Pest Control.

The day they came out was the day the wind storm hit the South Hills. They arrived promptly and sprayed, told me it would take a couple of days to kill them all and they may have to come back, just call. The rain storm hit two hours later and I thought for sure the rain came down so hard it would wash the treatment away. It did not. I notice and improvement within a half hour, and the next day a 75% improvement. While I still see an occasional "Stink Bug" within two days they were gone and my neighbors were complaining I sent my bugs over to their homes. I would definetly call them again.

We were having an ant problem all spring, and they usually disappear when the drier summer weather gets here. This year we were seeing an increased number of ants in the house, and none of the over-the-counter products were getting rid of them. We called Budget Pest Control and other companies offering same services. Budget Pest Control gave us the best price. They came on the date agreed to, and right on the button time-wise. They told us that if the ants were not gone in 2 weeks that they would come back free of charge. We did need the additional treatment, and we have been ant-free for 3 months.

They returned my call promptly. We're my cheapest estimate, very polite and professional. Explaining how they would treat and why. Scheduled my appointment for 2 days later which was Sunday morning. Unbelievable service! Showed up right on time and guaranteed the job. Would return free of charge if we have any problems. I would recommend them!

Noticed carpenter ants inside the house. Called Budget and someone came out the same day. Both the person I spoke with on the phone and the technician who came out were very nice and answered all my questions.

Budget did a great job. We called them from out of state for a home we have rented. They gave us the information and a discount for doing both treatments at the same time. They contacted our renters, set up the appointment and showed up. Our renters were happy with the technician and the results.

Called in and 3 hrs later that same day someone came out to take care of the problem. Haven't seen any evidence since.

Excellent! I have used this company for several years in my current home and a previous one. I do not like spiders at all and use this company to help control them (I live in an older house surrounded by trees) and I rarely if ever see one. Life is good! I cannot say enough about the gentleman who comes to my home....he is courteous, professional and does a great job. I always have something to add on for him (wasp nest outside, etc.) and he always takes the time to listen and to take care of what I need. They come every few months and spray the inside and outside of my home -it is quick and painless and there is no smell. Great job!!!

Michael Kirik is who came out. He came when he said he would. He was very polite, courteous and efficient. I let him know that I was having a root canal that afternoon and he was able to get everything done by the time I needed to be gone for my appointment. Everything was clean and tidied up and in good shape when he left.

Lately, my service has not been as good as in the past. After a treatment, the serviceman gives me the date for my next treatment. For the last several months, the serviceman has not shown up on the pre-scheduled date. After the no show, I call the office only to be told that they are behind, swamped or short a serviceman. When I ask why I didn't receive a prior call regarding that fact, I never get an answer, just an apology. Close to my next treatment date, I now have to call the office just to see if someone will be coming on the pre-scheduled date. Most times I'm given another date. Servicemen used to come first thing in the morning, now they come in the afternoon. Servicemen are now frequently later than the given time. When Shawn arrived this last time, I questioned the lateness and was told that he called the office to have his customers called and advised of a possible delay due to weather conditions. The office never calls. I call them.

Job 1: I called on a Sunday, and he came that day. He was prompt. Job 2: They always return my calls and come when they are supposed to. They are very professional. I guess they did a good job because it seems to be working fine. I got good value for the money. I would recommend them.

We have never had a problem with this company. They are polite and have a good feel of what needs to be done. I really like that they send out a notice when the year has been up and it is time to come back out again.

He was very helpful and did not mind answerering any questions I had politely and professionally. I would highly recommend this service. He really seems to enjoy his work.
