Description of Work: My computer had many viruses and was running slowly. I was considering getting a new computer. I called to get an estimate on cleaning it up. The service was reasonably priced, so I thought I would try BQV. Bryan not only cleaned up my computer but also but in more ram for the same money I would have to paid for a new computer. I am totally pleased with his service. He came promptly and did the work in 90 minutes.. I would not hesitate to use his services again

Description of Work: Brian, BQV, scheduled an appointment as soon as I called. He spent some time cleaning up my computer and then upgraded the memory in the computer in response to my complaint that the computer was very slow and would freeze often. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: I got some sort of computer virus on my home computer. I called Brian on Tuesday. May 31 and we made the appointment for June 1. Brian was on time and very friendly. He fixed my computer. I found that one internet connection on one of my user profiles was not working. I called Brian and within 1/2 hour he logged onto to my computer and fixed the connection. I was very satisified and I would highly recommend and I would use BQV again.

Description of Work: Competent, Careful, Client Friendly (no flibberty jargon) describe BQV Consulting! My Microsoft Vista operating system was not able to operate my Verizon Webmail. Verizon technical support failed to cure problem. Brian V. opened the bowels of the myriad programs stored in my system, deleted old and extraneous overlapping programs (an outdated JAVA program was a culprit), downloaded up-to-date programs, and he gave advice about using Microsoft Vista. Problem solved; computer operates efficiently now. Job well done.& courteously.
