I would hire west lake again, 4 months after renovation the shower door needed an adjustment, a week or two later the company sent Carlos out for the adjustment, he was courteous, professional and friendly. The financed option is a plus !

Was a very good experience from start to finish. Drew Webb was very informative and helpful in the design. Sam H and Bill N did a wonderful installation and cleanup job. Very professional team.

Three respectful, young men Ilkay, Justin H and Mike C did the installation. They took great care with everything from removal of the old tub and carrying in all the new parts, also cleaned up! The end result was a beautiful new tub / shower with surround walls to the ceiling. All in all I am very happy with their one day install, it looks beautiful thank you Ilkay, Justin and Mike !

For a company that prides itself on customer service, West Shore fell well short of expectations. We had a shower install done a month ago. To start with the positives: our installers were wonderful despite multiple mistakes in our order! I feel bad for the lead installer because he had to do most of the work alone while the other employee was out picking up things that were missed in the order. Shelf brackets were missing and, most importantly, the wrong size shower doors were ordered. We were given temporary doors until the correct ones could be installed. This would have been fine, however, we never received any follow up from West Shore regarding their mistake. In fact, we heard from the financing company regarding releasing money to West Shore before we were able to get in touch with West Shore. We had been calling them repeatedly attempting to get a callback regarding a timeline. After a month of pulling teeth we received word that the door made it to the warehouse and we were able to schedule the install. The biggest issue is the lack of communication. You would think that a mistake on their part would mean they would rush to remediate at least make the customer feel like something is being done. All of this has been on top of a complete lack of customer service. My wife is listed as wife in their system so when she called regarding the service they could not find her. They had her information elsewhere completely mixed up with my own. We never got calls to confirm installation dates. No follow up post-install. Dealing with one of these would be humorous or mildly irritating but it is now just disappointing and makes us regret using this company. It is a shame given that the shower is gorgeous but not worth the non-stop issues. So unless you have plenty of time to triple check everyone s data entry and make a ton of phone calls or love being nameless, do not bother!

West Shore installed both a shower and a shower/tub combination. We love the product and were super impressed with Alex H and Michael C. Both were very talented with high attention to detail and very, very focused on customer service to ensure satisfaction. Also, very professional and well spoken. Never did we need to feel as though we needed to inspect or challenge the quality of the work. You couldn't ask for better ambassadors for the company. I visited the installation every 30-60 minutes, and was very impressed with the quality of the product and the robustness of the installation design/method and also the materials. We are extremely happy with this investment. They also left the rooms clean and the vacuumed the steps to/from the installation. Kudos to West Shore Home ... you deserve your 5 star ratings!!

The 3 gentlemen (Carlos, Rafael and Justin) completed the installation of my beautiful bath tub today. They went above and beyond any other installation company that I've ever hired. They take pride in their work. They are respectful, punctual and curtious. If something arises beyond their control, they speak to you about it and take care of the issue in a professional manner with no panic. When Carlos says "no worries, we want you to be happy when we're done," trust and believe you will be pleased with the finished product. Thanks again Carlos, Rafael and Justin. You guys do beautiful work and I would definitely recommend you to everyone I know. I would put in a special request for you all if I ever need any of the services you provide.
