They even shampooed an area rug for me. They were very thorough and the price was very reasonable. I plan to set up monthly service and look forward to having them back again, again and again... Ronnel, the owner of the business called me to set up the appointment. He was able to fit me in, in less than a week. He called the night before to confirm the time, and to see if I had any questions. Although him and his team (son and daughter) were a little late, he called to let me know and apologize for the delay. They performed a thorough deep cleaning of my apartment, and did a fantastic job. My apartment is spotless and looks like the day I moved in. Ronnel and his kids were wonderful people and they do outstanding work!

They arrived on time. They were very polite and business like. The young guys went about doing the job, however there were streaks left on surfaces . Thee were areas not touched at all. There was a rank odor left in the bathroom. The floors were whipped. Had to sweep later. the job done was not worth the price. I had to sweep the floors. Cleans the streaks. I would suggest the Spools drop the Clorox and use a more refreshing cleaner. I was pleased as they were doing the work but as I went through various areas . I observed objects on the floor, the rank odor in the bathroom. I was just disappointed. I had to pay someone to wash kitchen windows.

What can I say but, Mr. Poole & his family are EXCELLENT! Perfect job, spectacular work and a all around nice family with respect and courteous. I highly recommend him for house cleaning. I been a homeowner for 30 years, he is thee best, the best in the business. I wish I could afford to get him once a month or I would. Please hire him you won't be disappointed.
