They were excellent. They worked the full 8 hours and if they were little different things to patch, they added to what to were doing. There was just one gentleman who came and he did a great job for 8 hours nonstop. They knew what they were doing. Their rate did seem reasonable and I did like their work so much that I did go back to them and asked for a painting quote. Everything they did was above par.

They were about half done after the eight hours so we paid the full price for the second day. They did not finish but they very nicely left me the sprayer that you fill with hot water to water down the wallpaper. At a later date I used that myself and I finished the job. They were very nice. They did a good job. The day that they were supposed to show up, they didn't show up. It turns out, they did showed up at our other address. When they did say they were coming, they did come. When they called, they were very good about figuring out what happened and making another date. They came when they said they would.

It went very good they did a good job on bathroom thats when we ask them to do the bedroom so I would recommend them.

From begining to end, the job could not have moved along any better. Matt returned our first phone call within an hour, and had an estimate to us soon after. He and his team showed up each day on time, were very courteous and did fantastic work throughout the entire house. Our house looks beautiful. I would surely say that if anyone is considering having any painting done that they call MRP painting. The attention to detail is second to none. The cost of the job was the lowest we received, and we could not be more happy with the qaulity of the work perfomed.

If you want a top quality paint job hire MRP Painting!! I can't recommend MRP Painting enough. I found this company on Angie's list and today my 3rd time using this company. Once again I am beyond impressed by the meticulous quality of their work. I've worked with different painters over the years and MRP Painting by far surpasses that of any other painting company. In addition, Matt the owner and his crew (today it was Paul) could not be more pleasant. If you need a painting you can't go wrong with MRP Painting.

Showed up on time and did a thorough job of removing the wallpaper and prepping for paint. Worker was focused and professional. Would definitely use again.

This Summer, I purchased 8 hours of wallpaper removal as part of an Angie's list deal. The coupon was good for 6 months. I contacted Matt in late December and was able to schedule his time within 10 days. He was flexible and provided me several windows where he would be available. As scheduled, Matt arrived at my home promply at 8AM. As I wasn't sure how much he would be able to do in 8 hours, I provided him a prioritized list of areas where I wanted wallpaper removed. He was able to complete the whole list in the allotted time. I was completely satified with the quality of the work and what he was able to accomplish in 8 hours. Will likely use him again later this Spring when we re-do our dining room and a bathroom.

The worker showed up on time and was very courteous; however he did not protect my house as I felt he should. That's the reason for the low rating. While removing the wallpaper, he splattered glue & bits of old paper all over my counter tops, kitchen cabinets, and floor. He gouged my walls and left them with so much glue that I ultimately had to have it sanded off. I would not recommend.

This is my third great experience with Matt and MRP. This consisted of 3 separate services on three separate dates and all of the work was done in a timely, professional manner. The painting itself was done in a detail oriented way that borders on perfectionism. We had the wallpaper in two bedrooms removed a couple of months ago and had our guest bedroom painted a month ago and the master bedroom done mid-December. Matt worked with our schedule and made the process painless. I cannot recommend MRP highly enough and Matt is our go to guy for all of our painting needs.

Matt came out promptly to see the job, and he sent his estimate by email the next day. He was able to fit us in before Christmas, which I appreciated. He had to be out of town for part of the time, but his foreman and two other painters were very careful and professional and did a great job. Matt called me while he was away to make sure I was happy with how things were going, and he came on the last day and inspected everything. It took 3 days from start to finish, and it all looks wonderful.

Making the appointment was a challenge. We played phone tag quite a bit, but once it was made the person who came out was prompt and thorough. The person was very friendly and professional. He took the time to lay down covering all over the kitchen and manually scraped off the wallpaper which was on for years. He worked quickly and efficiently. It was well worth the $99.00.

They did a BEAUTIFUL job -- very detailed. They were very clean and cleaned up after themselves. I felt very comfortable with them in the house.

Great company and a great guy in Matt. Very responsive, extremely punctual, finished ahead of scheduled and a fine eye for detail. You need a painter? Use this company.

Wallpaper was removed, walls still had a lot of paste on them. I had to pay someone else to remove the paste and prep the walls for painting. MRP's estimate to complete the job was too high.

I have used MRP in the past and once again Matt and his team didn't dissappoint. Meticulous is an understatement. His team is very professional and pay attention to every detail. This time I had MRP come in and pull down wood paneling, refinish the walls, paint the walls ceilings and baseboard. Even though Matt's mantra is "We will not compromise quality for speed" they still get the job done quickly and the quality is top notch. I have worked with many contractors for many different projects and these guys are second to none. I have recommended MRP to both friends and family and will continue to do so. I can't wait for our next project!

Matthew came to our home on time to see the job. He sent a very reasonable estimate by e-mail the very next day. Right from our first meeting, I liked him. He was personable, professional, upbeat, & willing to please. He and my husband immediately bonded over fishing (Matthew had noted some fishing prints on the wall.) Matthew started & finished the job faster than anticipated. He came & did the work himself, using 2-3 assistants, depending on the day. When the rug installer scratched some of the walls & ceiling, Matt came back and repainted all the damaged areas. At our request, he even put another less glossy coat of oil paint on the hallway radiator and painted the hallway ceiling. Matt went over and beyond the required job. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a fine and reasonably priced job. He made painting the house, even with all the ensuing chaos, a pleasurable experience.

From the initial estimate to the finished product our experience with Matt and his team was definitely an "A". Matt was on time for the initial appointment for the estimate. During the meeting Matt always asked what we wanted to do. Then he made suggestions and was very upfront and honest. We were working on a short time frame due to our son's wedding and Matt did everything he could to meet the deadline - and was successful! We live in an older home and some of the walls were not in good condition which wasn't known until the wallpaper had been removed. Matt had told us upfront that there would be an additional charge for skimming. The extra work did not keep him from meeting the deadline date. From the time Paul and the other guys got to the house in the morning to the time they left at the end of the day they worked. You definitely get a full day's work for your money with this group. Matt came to inspect the job and was not satisfied with some of what he saw. He had it redone so that it was done correctly. Matt believes that the customer needs to be happy and he and his team worked hard to accomplish that goal. They are friendly, polite and neat. We are happy to say that the room was completed and was beautiful in time for our son's big day. We definitely recommened Matt and MRP Painting and will be using them again for other rooms in the house.

When I contacted them by email they were very polite in letting my know that I was out of their service area. They informed me that I could get a refund and that was helpful.

I can't recommend Matt and his crew highly enough! So far they have painted my bedroom, family room and foyer - very high ceilings, a difficult job. On top of that, I have a husband that is very picky and wishes he had the time to do the job himself! Matt did such a fine job that we will have them back soon to do three more rooms. These guys arrive on time, work hard, and leave the place clean. Prices are reasonable, and Matt is determined to have a satisfied client at the end of the job. I trusted them with the key to my house. They are my 'go to' guys for painting!

I called and scheduled the date and had to cancel once and they were understanding. I rescheduled and they came out on time. He was very professional and left absolutely no mess whatsoever. I had the wallpaper removed from the master bedroom and he had time left over and did the bathroom also.
