Great service

We solicited three bids for the electrical work we wanted done in our home. We met representatives of three companies from our search of Angieâ s List and Home Advisor and received three different bids on the job. We then did out due diligence reading customer reviews and chose Generation 3 Electrical & HVAC. From proposal to completion, the people we interacted with were courteous, considerate, and professional. If youâ re looking for a company who employs licensed electricians who take pride in their work and know how to treat their customers, we highly recommend Generation 3 Electrical & HVAC. Our family wants to thank the office manager, Nicole, and the electricians, Corey, Ed, and Kevin for being courteous, answering all our questions, and for the great work you did at our home.

Corey W was great. He and his team showed up on time everyday (7day project) he updated our outdated knob and tube wiring. He kept us posted everyday on where they were at. He made sure everything was done properly and cleaned up! The pricing is high for this company but they show up, and get it done quicker than smaller companies could offer. Definitely recommend this company for large projects that could take other companies much longer

John and Dom were both amazing. They really examined the issues I was having and figured out the problem without just jumping to expensive conclusions. I am so grateful I called them. This is the best experience I've had dealing with HVAC and I will use them again without hesitation.

I hired Generation 3 Electric & HVAC to rewire my home after they gave me an estimate, the work started in March, 2020, I have no lighting in my kitchen, they did not mount the lighting and outlets correctly, I have been trying to get them out to get the electrical work done properly for over 2 months now, they just tell me someone will get back to me and no one ever does, I have paid in full for them project, I feel I am being taken advantage of

Bill and Griffin were professional, friendly, tolerant of my barking dog, and flexible with my chaotic schedule. They were very knowledgeable and were able to understand everything that needed to be done. They worked efficiently and got everything done in a remarkably short time. They cleaned everything up and were very organized. I would highly recommend them.

Thomas came to assist with auto/timer outlet for outside porch. He did a great job, showed me how it worked and left directions. Efficient and professional. Very courteous and friendly.

Thomas from Gen 3 was great! He was able to fish a wire in an already built duplex with minimal holes drilled and took the time to patch the ones he did have to make. He was professional and actually arrived a little early. The job was done as expected and a minor issue was resolved the same day with ease. Thank you to Thomas and the Gen 3 team for a job well done!

The gentelmen who came to my home was on time very professional explain every thing in full detail. He was friendly and shared some other tips to keep things clean and running. The experience was great.

Hired Gen 3 to replace a furnace and three electrical boxes. After spending over 10,000$ and navigating through multiple no shows by their team I was left with a mess all of the replaced fixtures was left in my basement. These are large items that can not be thrown in the regular trash. When I asked about clean up and disposal they said it was on me and I should ask Peco and PGW how to properly dispose of the equipment. They are overpriced which I thought came with the convenience of a large company. For example on-time appointments and disposal. Next project I have I will use a smaller more local company. Save money and headache do not hire.

Appointment process is VERY sloppy,..... but once the tech finally arrived (after 3 missed Appointments), he was very skilled and knowledgeable,........

Courteous, prompt, respectful of covid restrictions,. AC and new furnace install a few weeks ago, took two days. They had to return yesterday to add one last piece of pvc and that was completed in less than a hour. We had 4 other companies give us quotes etc, very happy we went with Gen3.

Great customer service - regular updates on when technician would come. Very professional when the work had to be rescheduled due to emergency jobs that had to be prioritized. Dave was professional and efficient and took the time to explain to me why Ken element of the job could not be completed on the same day (problem was wiring). I recommend them

The technician, Dave, did an excellent job. He was professional and courteous and left the workspaces clean. He also answered all of my questions throughout the process. I hired this company after the great experience I had with a large mini split installation job they did for me, using a different technical crew. This was a smaller project but was done just as professionally. I highly recommend this firm. Great work. Very professional and courteous. Clean and efficient. This was a large job. Great with sales, installation, service, and back-office support.
