I HAD THE TOP FOUR GUYS COME OUT FROM HOME ADVISOR. THE FIRST GUY QUOTED ME ALMOST 600 DOLLARS, THE SECOND QUOTED ALMOST 500 AND THE THIRD GUY QUOTED 180. TIM DID A HUGE AREA FOR 165. I AM A NO BS KIND OF GUY AND SO WAS HE. I HAD A HUGE (6200 SQ FT) HOME THAT NEEDED TO BE CLEANED AND MOST TIMES I HAVE PEOPLE SHOW AND JACK UP THEIR PRICES. MY LAST TENANT DESTROYED THE HOME AND I HAD TO REPLACE MOST OF THE CARPET AND THE ONES I NEEDED TO SAVE, TIM DID JUST THAT! FOR ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY FIVE DOLLARS, HE SAVED ME THOUSANDS IN CARPET! THANK YOU TIM!!!

Tim and his partner did a great job. They were much, much better than other companies that I've used (who charged me more in the past). They were polite, hard working and efficient. I especially liked that they made sure we inspected all their work and were completely satisfied, which we were!

Tim called within 5 mins after getting my request thru this service, and carpets cleaned Saturday Memorial day weekend. Excellent work, old carpets look new & bright, Tim was very polite & friendly, explained cleaning process, big rooms...no extra charge after price was quoted, completely satisfied, will use this company again and refer to family & friends.
