They did an excellent job. They were on time, explalned everything, were very effcient and thorough and asked me if I had questions. They made reccomendations for future care.

This man was very thorough. He was courteous and made sure I was completely satisfied with the carpets before he packed up his supplies. The rugs look like new. I was surprised, considering the stains left by my dog illnesses. Absolutely fantastic.

He was very timely. Early actually! I only cleaned a small portion of carpet because I had installers coming the next week to replace the rest. After seeing his work, I wish I saved the $$$ for the new carpets, and I would have just gotten them cleaned. I had serious stains on beige carpet. They look brand new. Excellent, and I took extra cards to give as referrals.

They contract was on time. He did a was able to clear spots from the rug. The contractor explained the chemicals he used. The task was completed in a timely fashion with a good price. Highly recommend.

Tim was on-site at my rental property in less that 12 hours with a free estimate, and got me booked that week. Tim was very professional I had to cancel my apt. With him one hour before his arrival and rescheduled it within 48 hrs. He even came on a Sunday! When he arrived he was courteous and got right to the job. I would highly recommend him for his reliability and friendly service.
