He called within an hour, and was there the next day, on a Saturday. He took his time and did a great job. He needed to drill a hole for a deadbolt in a brand new door and I was a little nervous not knowing him. He had the right tools and did the job the right way. There are still folks out there who are knowledgeable, thorough, & professional. Ken is one of them. We weren't sure what our 20 year old home might need in the way of increased security - just wanted recommendations from a pro. Ken looked everything over & made reasonable suggestions, most of which he took care of right then. He didn't try to sell me anything, just listened to what I wanted & went from there. My only regret is that he doesn't do other types of work. If you want prompt, reasonable, and efficient, this is the guy you want to call. A+ on all points.
