I was a little nervous about finding a good locksmith so I did some homework. I am extremely happy with Bockmeyer Access. Ken called me and arranged a time that would be convienent for both of us. He then followed up 1 hour before he would arrive just to give me a heads up. The former tenants had changed the locks on the house and when I explained this to Ken, he offered me a deal to change out 2 locks and re-key 2 others. Called for an appointment and Ken was here the next day to fix a dead bolt and door handle that were not working properly. He was on time, very pleasant, cleaned up after himself and did a fantastic job. Without hesitation, I would call him again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great locksmith.
