Ken was prompt, patiently explained all of the possible solutions to the problems I was having, and offered methods that would cost me less money (including teaching me how to do some of the work myself). The work he did looks and works great and the price was remarkable (I expected I would pay at least twice his price). Can't say enough about how happy I was with his service.

The owner called me immediately upon submitting my project to Home Advisor and worked with me to understand what I needed. We set the appointment right away for the following week. I contacted Ken to rekey 4 locks for my newly purchased home. During the visit he was able to take care of replacing my basement door knob with a key lock and also fix the doorknob set on my master bedroom that the previous contractor installed incorrectly. Very nice and professional. Was available the next day and a pleasure to do business with at a fair price. Highly recommend!
