Never returned call

06/04/18 Warren fixed 5 outlets that where not working. Warren is very efficient and knowledgeable in his profession. He explained each step of what and why he was doing each task. He took his time and made sure that each outlet worked properly before he left. He is very professional and I will let all family and friends know that if they need an electrician he is the one to call. Warren communicated well, was on-time, considerate, and resolved all issues in a timely manner and his price was very reasonable. If I need an electrician in the future I will definitely call him.

Can't say enough good things about Warren! The borough instructed me to install exit lighting into a rental property. Warren came several times to discuss placement, options, and pricing. He was available to call/text with any questions and communicated well throughout the entire job. During this project an unrelated electrical issue arose. He had already planned to come for scheduled work but accommodated me and came a few hours earlier to fix the unrelated issue. He is trustworthy, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Would hire again without a doubt!

I obtained Warren Goodwin's contact information from Angie's list. I called him several days ago and we agreed on the time and date for him to come out. Warren arrived and promptly diagnosed the issue. We have an older house and the underground run from house to detached garage has apparently gone bad. Warren will put together a quote to set up a new run. Though I will likely get another contractor to give me a quote, if the two quotes are anywhere similar, I will choose Warren. His charge for today's diagnosis was very reasonable.

It turned out that he doesn't provide the service I needed (installing a charging port for an electric car), so I was unable to hire him. But I decided to write a review anyway because I was so impressed that he returned my call about 15 minutes after I left him a message. It's so nice when professional people return your calls in a timely manner. I wasn't expecting to hear back from anyone so quickly. It's very refreshing. I will keep him in mind for any future electrical projects.

Excellent. He came on time, tested the circuits, found the problem and repaired it quickly

I had a tripped breaker that would not reset. I assumed that the breaker was just old an needed to be replaced but Warren knew right away that there had to be a short and even suspected that some animal might have chewed a wire. He ended us tracing the circuit and found a short in a wire running out to the back porch. I had him just disconnect that wire because I would have to crawl all the way under the deck to likely find a groundhog or something electrocuted. I'll save that mess for another day. For now, Warren got my electric back up in my basement and charged me a very fair pair price. He also did not upsell me on a new master panel but gave me a quote when I asked. I would hire him again.

Electrician answered call and removed the circuit which caused the problem and this allowed the breaker to operate once more. There was no need to replace the breaker. Saved a lot of money. Minimum charge for the service. Recommend highly.

I totally appreciate that Mr. Goodwin was always professional and showed up on time. He explained to me what needed to be done and they proceeded to do exactly that. They even worked through inclement weather. I will definitely call them again.

Very professional, cleaned up after the work was done and explained the best materials/supplies for the job being done.
