Before Mike fixed our dryer vent, we contracted two other people to do the job and they both failed. One was even trying to sell us an annual maintenance contract. Mike did the job by himself, successfully, as we tried using the dryer as soon as he left. It is working well.

Never have I had the experience with a contractor where they tried to save us money. Michael was so knowledgeable, efficient and professional. It was so refreshing to hire a professional who actually knew what he was doing and was conscientious about the needs of his clients. He came in took his shoes off and quickly judged what we would need inside and out. When the circumstances changed a bit he was able to adjust the plan for the duct cleaning quickly and with expertise. I was given an upfront quote of 99 dollars plus tax plus any possible material, but he added another 20 dollars as well as installation, which on the phone call Michael has promised me he would not charge. I will not use him again for his services.

Michael was great - on time, cleaned up any lint left on floor in laundry room and outside near the vent. All in all, a great job done in a timely manner for a great price.

Service was prompt, through, and very professional. Found and corrected a major break and clog in ducting that was most likely purposely neglected in a previous service. I highly recommend him.
