Description of Work: MY GARAGE DOOR OPENER QUIT WORKING. I PLANNED TO REPLACE THE OPENER WITH A NEW ONE. THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED, TOOK ONE LOOK AT THE OPENER, AND PROMISED ME HE'D HAVE IT FIXED IN TEN MINUTES. HE MADE A FEW ADJUSTMENTS TO THE OPENER AND THE DOOR WORKED JUST GREAT. HE ALSO PERFORMED SOME ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ON THE DOOR HINGES, SPRINGS AND INSTALLED A "RIP CORD" MANUAL DOOR RELEASE.
