Emergency Door Services

This morning as I left for work I pressed the button on my garage door opener only to have to door stick half way up, with my car inside. I called Emergency Door Services and reached Ray, who said he expected his service man Drew would be available between by 11 a.m. Ray called later to say that Drew was delayed and would arrive around 12:30 p.m to 1 p.m. By 1 p.m. I received a call from Drew, who was out in the alley at my garage. By the time I got outside he had opened the door and diagnosed the problem as a broken gear box. He laid out the options for replacing or repairing the opener; I chose to replace it. Within an hour Drew had replaced my old garage door opener with a new one, including sensors, wiring and controls. He was friendly and courteous, explained his work and left the place neat and tidy.

Called twiice and left mesage that I needed a new 16ft. garage door. Never had a return call.

My first call during off-hours went to an answering service and was never returned. I called again during work hours and the call was picked up quickly and an appointment was scheduled for a Saturday morning. It was starting to get close to the end of the arrival window when the tech called and told me he was running behind but he'd be there shortly. He showed up in about 15 minutes and quickly took care of the problem, including recalibrating the force on the garage door even though it wasn't something I specifically asked for. All in all, I got more than I paid for and I'd certainly hire them again.

It was easy. I called them first thing in the morning and left a message. They called me back in about 15 minutes and said that they'd be out in an hour. They came, called me at work to discuss the problem, fixed the door and left a bill at my house. I called them the next day to arrange for the payment.

I'm very delighted by the service provided. I called at 11:00 am and they were at the house as promised by 2:30 the same day. The technician was friendly and very professional and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. In fact, I thought one of the cables on the other door was begining to fray, and he said no, it's just dust. It's hard to believe that he did all the work described above in about an hour and for a very reasonable price. Both doors are now working better than ever. Had I known that getting my garage doors tuned up could be so painless, I would have had these guys do it a long time ago! Upon hearing of my garage door woes, a colleague at work had mentioned that he was having trouble with his doors as well. Tomorrow I'm going to suggest that he call Emergency Door Services!

What a wonderful company this is! Called Monday morning, they came out, fixed everything, and charged an incredibly fair price. What a great company! If only every service provider could be so great!

They did fantastic work. I had my initial call returned within 1 hour. They came out on my schedule (Friday at 6:30) on time, listened to what I wanted, and showed me a sample door. There was no pressure to buy nor did they try to sell me something more expensive than what I was looking for. The salesman even told my husband a quick fix he could do before they installed to save us about $150. I placed the order that night and had my door installed less than a week later. They were extremely professional and neat. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use in the future.

They came one day after I called. They were to come between 9:00 and 12:00 however, they had a cancellation, and called me to see if I would be home sooner than 9:00. They arrived around 8:30, and the job was done by 9:30. I was very pleased with their work.

The service was quick, professional and perfect. They installed a new garage door when in one day when ours was damaged by a boat trailer crashing into it.
