Arrive on time. Helped to reprogram our garage doors and replaced the key pad.

The service man was punctual and polite. He was very knowledgable about garage doors and he was able to answer all my questions.

The work was done promptly and efficiently. The serviceman was able to locate an additional remote even though my system is rather dated.

It went very well. Got the appointments within a week after purchasing the deal and the installation went without any problems.

From the time he showed up, right through the servicing of my garage door, installation of a wall mounted keypad, and assistance with getting the manufacturer to replace a defective push button (for free), I was thoroughly impressed with the technician's professionalism, customer service, and friendly willingness to go the extra mile to get all of my problems addressed. The service technician arrived close to scheduled time, and effiicently did exactly what what was supposed to be done.

Not much to tell. Service person showed up on time. inspected door. Sprayed the joints and replaced 4 roller wheels. Service was very good however didn'tpricewise seem to be a "a deal". Dervice took less than 1 hour and materials didn't seem to be worth more than $ 10.00

Great experience. The service was offered through Angie's List as a "special." One of my doors was make a loud racket when opening and closing door. He checked the rollers and determined that the tension needed to be adjusted. He installed a keypad entry system. That works great for me. We really love that feature.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The guys arrived on time and were very professional. They worked quickly and made sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction before they left.

Emergency Door Services came out and installed the entry pad and oiled and tightened the garage door. Everything is working great!

I scheduled the appointment for 11:00 AM. They called at 8:00 AM on the appointed day to confirm that someone would be home. The installation crew called at 10:55 to say that they were running about 15 minutes late and they arrived at about 11:20. The guys were pleasant, experienced, professional and very knowledgeable, told me exactly what they were doing, that a few additional rollers were needed, asked me if I wanted them and then finished the servicing and installation of the keypad. I gave them access codes and they programmed them in for me, told me how to change them in the future, reviewed their work in detail and were finished in less than an hour. I couldn't ask for anything more. I will use this company again as the need arises.

Went perfectly. The installed door is way better than the piece of crap they replaced. over 4 years later, the door is still as good as the day they put it in. No problems at all. I had actually bought the opener myself, thinking I would put it in after they installed the door, but the installer did it for me for such a good price I couldn't pass it up.

I purchased the Big Deal for a family member (she had some issues with her garage door and knew it hadn't been checked for at least 5 years and as always, money is a concern). She called the company and received a response immediately. The appointment was scheduled to occur within the next 5 days. The company arrived promptly, was professional and happy to provide the service and offered some excellent advice for the future. She felt she got more than $99.00 worth of service and will call this company in the future should the need arise.

Ray showed up promptly, looked at the existing garage door, and recommended a course of action for replacing the door, opener, trim, etc. He gave us a quote for his recommendation (high end insulated Clopay model) and a lower end Clopay garage door. His recommendation was based on having "personally installed tens of thousands of doors," which seems improbably and nearly impossible. In the end, the quote was several hundred dollars higher than another bid for the same door from a highly recommended contractor, so the decision was an easy one.

Well worth the money spent, and will definitely use this company in the future. Though the serviceman showed up at 9 instead of 11AM (at his boss's direction; not his fault!), he was very professional, informative, helpful, and above all, NOT a pushy salesman trying to get me to buy more equipment or services. A very good experience! Highly recommend.

Excellent! Wish all problems were solved like this. Spring broke on a Sunday; called Monday 8 am; they arrived during the estimated 2 hour slot; completed the job -replaced the spring and the other, lubricated the door (apparently yearly maintenance that we should do), and found a wheel that was clicking because the wheel bearings were off; paid them; write review on angies list; happy dance; DONE! Broken & repaired within 24 hrs. Love it. No extra hassle. We will be using them again.

They do a good job and are efficient. They did only the work what was required. Their prices were lowest when compared to the others on the list. They were here on time and were prompt.

Everyone that I dealt with at Emergency Door services, from my first telephone call to the last service call, was extremely friendly and helpful. They were quick to schedule my appointment, and quick to complete the job. I was very satisfied with the way I was treated and with how diligent they all were to complete the specified service. I will definitely use them again if the need arises, and I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Did not arrive at first appointment; Called about 1 hour after scheduled time to say that workers had gone to the wrong address & had to reschedule. Were very apologetic & worked hard to make quick appointment into my schedule & did give a specific time rather than a range for the next visit; Did arrive at scheduled time the second day. Recommended further work1) stated that there was a needed piece that was available from manufacturer that would be covered under warrenty - I called the manufacturer & found that this was no correct - I had not purchase the garage door opener - it was present when I purchased my house & the warrenty is not transferrable;2) also suggested replacing (at additional cost) panel of door that had been damaged but replacement was no longer available in color needed; was surprised that did not recommend repairing piece that was damage or replacing missing hinge. (Only offered to replace entire panel.) Forgot to ask about this since only replacement was offered to fix some of the problems with the function of the opener3) was suprised that the worker found that the opener stuck the majority of times that he tried to open it when I have only had occational problems

He was very competent and showed me a couple of things that I can do to maintain the doors. The doors have worked really well since then. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Very efficient. From my initial call to repair finished, less than 3 hours! Repairmen were friendly and professional.
