They checked my garage door to make sure it was safe. They did a good job. I was happy with the result.

Responded promptly to estimate inquiry, performed courteous, meticulous work on date promised. Workers were polite, clean, professional and efficient. They offered the best price. It was great from start to finish.

Called and made an appointment, no delays or rescheduling. Tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did in detail. Work was performed without delay and he gave me some tips to keep the door working properly. Deal called for up to 4 roller replacements, if required, or new wireless opener installed on the exterior wall next to the door. The rollers were good, so he installed and set up the opener quickly and it looked good and worked well. Absolutely no complaints, I would do business with this company again.

The workers showed up 10 minutes early for the job. They were kind and curtious. The went to work right away. They pointed out that the rest of my rollers needed replaced and I had a bad safety cable which was splitting and asked me if I would like those replaced as well which I did. They gave me a fair price for the parts and when they were done my garage door opened and closed quiet as a mouse! I would reccommend this company and would have them out again for future services.

It went fine. The first time they came out they didn't have the part, the when the part came in the sent someone else and it went well.

When I called for an appointment the person answering the phone was very polite and got me an appoint within a few days. Worker was prompt, courteous and did not leave any mess behind. Explained everything he was doing in detail. We have a very old opener that will need to be replaced in the near future and I will definitely contact this company.

From start to finished it took approximately 30 minutes.

The workers arrived 20 minutes early. They worked quickly, and were finished in about 55 minutes. They took everything from the old garage door opener away, as well as all packing materials from the new garage door opener.

They were punctual, efficient and courteous. They completed the task. They were very responsive and cordial. They were just very good and I was very pleased with their service.

The garage doors were in such horrible condition where one door wouldn’t close and the other wouldn’t open. They came in and basically worked a miracle. They changed all the hardware in both doors, put all new seals on and got them working. I did purchase a new actuator as mine was damaged and failed. They were able to install it as well as a keypad on the outside. People now even comment on how quite the doors are now that they are repaired. They were very timely and such a great crew! I would recommend their services to others.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special for this service. I had to have them come out a couple of doors because it was not fixed properly the first time. The complaint I have with this service is that I had to pay both times they came out but I felt that since the work they did initially was not successful we should not have had to pay the second time. The experience did not go so well although I found them to be very nice and courteous. They also were kind, personable and their response time was good. However, since we live in a new home I think they should have suggested that we contact the door manufacturer or home builder to repair our door; they are supposed to be professional. They got the work done in a timely manner

They EDS people came and in less than hour replace the older opener and install the new opener. They show me how to operate the remote and additional features of the remote.

Overall, it was a very painless experience--wish all service people were as courteous, punctual, neat and as thorough as they are! I have recommended them to others in the past and will continue to do so.

This was a great deal. The tech was professional, on time, gave some additional information about possible future improvements and took exactly the amount of time he said he would.

It was wonderful and I had no problems with scheduling. He worked around my schedule. I gave him my code to get in. They were very accomodating and nice. I would recommend them to anyone!

outstanding job, prompt and courteous

Started several months before the service was rendered leaving messages. But did not receive any return call or indication that service was purchased. Finally with only a few days before expiration of the contract, I managed to speak to a live person at the shop. At this point followup scheduling was prompt. Service was excellent. Workmanship was excellent, etc. So, once I was able to get through and receive a call back acknowledging the deal it went well. The door works beautifully now. Called same company since winter started and door would not operate. I was guided through an effective (and free) process to reenergize the opener mechanism. I and am thinking to hire same company to replace the aging electro-mechanical opener and operator. Al Unione

Great service, very professional and done right the first time.

It works great. They were neat and clean and took care of the job without any real issues. We had an older garage door and they had to change it from wired to a wireless and it was slightly more than the big deal, but not by much. They let me know well in advance that might be an issue and it was acceptable to me. They took care of it without any significant hassle and did a great job for us.

Garage door stopped going in either direction (strange) and would not hold in the full up position when released from the drive train. Called EDS after talking to one other garage door repair service - was quoted a price up front for the service call and expected diagnosis. Technician came out within a few days (we did not request rush service) and determined that while the problem could be fixed, that a new opener was probably a better choice for longevity - this is what we expected. Rescheduled for the following week to install a new opener, including all sensors, wiring, two remotes and external keypad. Total price was exactly as quoted, and the original service fee was deducted from the cost of installing the new opener. The technician also performed minor maintenance on the door rollers/rails while he was there. EDS was professional, polite and great to deal with. We would recommend them to anyone!
