Ray and his crew thoroughly explained and reassured me about everything pertaining to the work they were doing for my electrical panel upgrade. Ray also took the time to talk to me and make suggestions on what types of doorbell or bathroom fan to consider buying. There were supply chain shortages during the pandemic of a part that I needed for my electrical panel upgrade. Ray made sure to keep in touch and provide regular status updates of my job. In addition, they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and their prices were also very competitive. I will be calling Celano Electric for my future electrical needs!

Ray listened to what we needed. Made recommendations. He sent Matt out to review the list. Put our job as a priority because we were moving in shortly. Mike and Bill came early on the day and started the work, unfortunately they needed another half day to complete. We left them a key and thet completed it, cleaned all debris from job even in basement . They left our key and Ray called to let me know they were done. We were extremely satisfied with the job.

They are very Professional , on time very responsible and knowledgeable. Always shows on time .

Ray is very easy to work with. He doesn't sugar coat things and let's you know what can be done, how it will be done and then does what he says he will. You don't get that from all vendors and i value being able to take someone at their word know I don't need to worry about it, or double check (although I always do...I'm in Facilities and can't help it). I would recommend Celano Electric for any electrical work you have. They do good work, and don't charge you extra for it.

We had a total kitchen remodel project and I hired Celano Electric as a recommendation from my contractor. From the moment I called Ray Celano, he was attentive, professional and accommodating to our schedule, even coming early to fit us in. Celano Electric ran a new line for our Microwave, installed under cabinet lighting, all new switches, outlets and installed our kitchen fixture. He ran wires in our new cabinets keeping them hidden and looking great. Bill West, Michael Hrycko and Matt Mckeown were a fantastic team on our project. Ray and Matt were extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding the repairs needed. In addition, Matt and his colleague were on time, polite and efficient. We had a total power outage on the morning of the day we were leaving on vacation. Within one hour, someone was here to assess the problem. We needed a totally new panel installed. We were able to leave as planned on our vacation because Celano Electric kept in touch with us, working out the details of the proposal and the schedule while we were on vacation. This involved after hours phone calls on their part to us. The day after we returned, a crew was at our house at 7 am, as promised, they worked extraordinarily hard during a very hot and humid day, and had this major project completed and the power back on by dayâ s end. I give them a 5-star rating on all aspects of the project because of their outstanding customer service and the quality of their work.

The guys did exactly what was needed under my deck so the family of bunnies who reside under there donâ t cause me problems anymore. They showed me the wire that was so chewed up that it almost passed for gum! I would definitely recommend Celano if my neighbors need work. I thought it was a tad pricey, but they are professionals and with that comes the price of doing business which I fully expect. The technicians that performed the work in my home were very professional and courteous. They paid great attention to detail and they were respectful of my property. They cleaned up after themselves. The workmanship was top notch. Even then silicone caulking used as a weather sealant was impeccable.

A repeat customer here and I highly recommend Ray and his team. As a matter of fact, Matt saved me would could have been thousands of dollars in HVAC repairs when he discovered and told me of a water leak in the A/C unit in my attic. My outdoor lights are finally working properly (after 13 years of others working on it to no avail). If you want quality, fair work the Celano Electric is the way to go!

Ray explained the entire process and handled all of the coordination and logistics seamlessly. He and his team went above and beyond when we hit a snag with PECO, to ensure the job could be finished properly. Ray, Matt and Team are highly professional, knowledgeable, timely, respectful, friendly and will make sure the work is executed properly and on time. Communication regarding the work to be performed was excellent, questions answered and explained clearly and the team left no indication of their presence other than the work performed.
