Description of Work: Justin Klipa and his crew repaired a very complex large shower floor that had been incorrectly installed by another contractor. The resulting water damage was extensive. They were very professional, suggested other ideas for correcting the problem, were punctual every day, and communicated with us every step of the way. It involved removing a custom piece of shower glass and removing the existing floor pan and tiles, pouring a new pan, installing new floor tiles and a portion of the shower wall tiles, and reinstalling the custom glass. They repaired and patched two holes in the wall that the plumber made to investigate the source of the water leak. They were meticulous in installing and grouting the tile, often staying late to complete their task. Their attention to curtailing dust and debris was outstanding. It was important to keep dust to a minimum due to health issues, and they went above and beyond to accomplish this. It is also important to note that they did everything possible on short notice to complete this project before the holidays. They returned in January to install a light in our kitchen and again were meticulous in curtailing dust. We highly recommend Klipa Custom Contracting and will have them return for projects in the future. Justin and his staff are experienced professionals. They are 5 stars all the way.
