Juan the plumber was here on time of did a great job cleaning out all the clogs.

It went really well. He was very polite and kind. He wanted to help and was very informative.

Everything went well. The plumber showed up on time and did the job professionally. Plumber name is Lou.

Service was explained and appears to have resolved the problem, which had resulted in a back-up of waste and wastewater in the basement.

Juan arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. The only shocker was the price schedule. The list price to unclog the sink was $427! Granted that's a flat rate so if it was more involved than just power snaking the drain it might have been OK. I informed him that my research on Angie's list and elsewhere suggested the average cost to clear a sink drain was around 200, I would have to call someone else if that could not be arranged. He made a call and was able to accommodate that, so I am very happy with the results

The work appeared to have been done to the satisfaction but could not be tested until the solids were flushed the next day. The toilet backed up again just as it was before the service was performed. I had to call the Mr. Rooter again. During second visit the augr was used again to clear the blockage. The performance is borderline and it is a question of very short time before the toilet starts to backup again. The re-installation of toilet is poor. It rocks sideways. The plumber did not have caulk with him and asked me to caulk the area myself. The prices are negotiated and not per the published paper the plumber brought. They also tried to sell some type of annual contract that did not make any sense at all. Mr. Rooter came exactly as scheduled the first time. For the followup visit they were delayed and kept me informed of the delay. This is much appreciated.
