The original guy they sent out on took 3 hours to install the faucet. When he finished, the stopper on the back was hard to lift up and down. He said he would send his best plumber out there. They said it was the manufacturer, and the manufacturer said it was the plumber. Also, my bathtub was draining slowly, and he gave me a recommendation for something to open up the drain, but that didn't work, so I ended up spending money on something I didn't need.

On time perfect, plumber was friendly & did a outstanding job / and was very organized and cleaned up everything perfect.
