It went very well, I called and they were able to come out in the same day. Mike came out and immediately knew what the problem was, in about an hour my drain was running clear and he was able to leave me with a treatment to help make sure it stayed that way, along with a warranty to have them come back out if the problem persisted in the next year. I think this was as painless an experience as you could have with a clogged pipe. I'll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Terribly. Upon arrival, the provider initially tried to sell me a service contract with Mr Rooter. It was only after the sales pitch and I declined the additional service did the representative look at my faucet. He then told me that my faucet was insulated and that he would have to do some additional work to replace the faucet (he mentioned soldering) which would cost an additional amount. He quoted a few figures, then settled on telling me that it would cost an additional $340. I told him no thanks and he offered to call his boss. When the representative got the boss on the phone and explained 'the situation,' the only thing the boss said to me was 'what price would I be willing to pay?' It was at that moment I told him that our call was over and I wanted the representative to leave. I am shocked that they were going to charge +300% more than the deal. Further the representative never even brought any tools to my house except his sales pitch book. Lastly, I am stunned that this company you are affiliated with was trying to extract the most money I was "willing to pay" to get the job done instead of giving me an accurate breakdown of the materials and man hours it would have been (in addition to the $99 already paid) to finish the job on an 'insulated hose faucet' as opposed to the ‘old, leaky or broken outdoor hose faucet’ that was advertised in the deal.

Lou came here and we showed him the leak and he explained what needed to be done. He explained the advantage plan which we signed up for and then he fixed the leak. Very positive experience.

Came w/ in time frame expected; reviewed problem, spent time describing issues; picked up ports & return in reasonable time, fixed issue quickly & reviewed clean.

Installed new toilet and cabled drain line for same toilet removed old toilet.

Mike & Lewis were very responsive, got the job done in one visit. It was a very convenient experience. Allowed us to do our own drywall removal to save money which was appreciated.

Mr. Router was on time, very courteous and pricing seemed goods compared to other quotes. Like the 1 yr warranty.

Fantastic job performed by Bob. He was on site within 90 minutes after I called. He put the time in necessary from pulling the toilet to snaking the main sewage line to cleaning up and disinfecting everything afterwards. It took him longer than he thought because of roots but the price didn't change.

The technician was friendly, but very pushy onto their membership plan, which I declined numerous times. Said my hose bib wasn't the only problem and that I needed to replace the valve feeding it and pipe leading to it - but couldn't explain why when prompted. Insisted on the repair that cost almost 3 times what the original request was. Unreasonably high cost, definitely ripped off when I just wanted the deal I purchased.

Scheduling was fast, arrived on time, guy was pleasant, work was good. Price was very high. Sales pitch to have a contract with them, which makes sense to get due to discounting on the high price.

The plumber arrived on time very friendly and knowledgable. Quoted me a price for repair. My only issue is that on Angie list plumber quotes $173 for the repair but does state that there maybe additional costs to perform service. Which is a little misleading . In my case it was an additional $249.
