we scheduled the job to be done. My faucet has two in-line hoses (cold and hot). So, I took a picture and sent it via text to the owner / manager (that I spoke with to schedule the appointment). so that he can buy the right part before they show up. So, on the day of the appointment, they never showed up and the owner called to reschedule to the next day. they were running late on another job, which meant I wasted that day waiting for them for nothing. Luckily, I was home for the rescheduling appointment. So, the next day, the technician showed up and he said that he couldn't do the job because he doesn't have the right faucet. I informed him that i emailed a pic of the part to the owner and the technician wasn't aware of that. I guess the person that i spoke with initially to set the appointment never forwarded the pic of the faucet to him. Technician said that they will order the part and come back again for an appointment. the technician was very nice, apologizing on behalf of the manager / owner, and promised to make things right. Then, they showed up 3 days afterwards to replace the faucet with the right part. before starting the job, the technician said that the price of replacing the faucet is 425, not 125, which is the price I signed up for. he explained that the faucet was a special type of faucet (more expensive that standard included in the promotional offer) and more labor would be involved than is assumed under the promotional deal. The 425 price was too large for me to handle and I rejected the job. The person on the phone that I spoke to proceeded to ask me for a trip charge because I declined the job. He had a picture of the faucet to begin with, his contractor saw what the job entailed, and never once mentioned that the price would be 3X greater than what I bought it, until the final trip when the contractor showed up. Overall, they are disorganized, their prices are very high, and they wasted my time. The technicians were well mannered and personable, but the company is not being managed well.

Do not spend the first 30 minutes selling and explaining your Advantage plan, telling me about adding stick-ons to my hw heater, main shut off, etc. and trying to figure out what I had already paid for Angie's list special. Just evaluate the job, give me an estimate (including money already paid through Angies List) and get to work. The work itself was well done. It's all the unnecessary promotion of programs I don't like. I also don't like asking to fill out an Angies list evaluation "on the spot",and being told I have to do it for the boss. I'll fill that out on my own time at the Angie's list web site.

I thought he did a good job, but the charges were astronomical and way beyond reasonable. He was in and out very quickly so I don't know that the job could've been all that difficult. He did do the job he came to do. He was able to come quickly and I appreciated that. It was a Sunday I had to call him and he came either the same day or very next day. He was clean, he put on booties to make sure he didn't track anything in the house.

Well. The company was very responsive and flexible regarding scheduling. This is very helpful to me, since I have a demanding job that does not allow flexibility. My only complaint is that I had a coupon for a basic service call, and had to pay additional money for the services I needed. I am not unhappy with the service, but I wish that this was told to me up front. An approximate cost schedule would be helpful. I ended up paying alot more than the coupon for service. I like to know my costs up front so I can plan.

Called company to come back out to fix sump pump. Person was very friendly and accommodating over the phone. Said he would send someone out there that day to repair the pump. He was unable to give me a time but would call me back. He called me back within 15 mins and said he had a plumber to do the repair and he would be there between a half hour to 45 mins. Plumber arrived an hour to a 1 and half later he said he was stuck in traffic. I asked if it would be the same price as I was quoted by the other plumber which was $650. These plumbers have a book/price list that tells them supposedly how much to charge a customer. He said could not figure out how the plumber came up with the charge. He ended up calling his boss and it was decided that the would honor the other plumber quote. I had a coupon that the other plumber gave me for 50 off of sump pump repair and they sent me a coupon for 30 off of any repair was only allowed to use one. Then the plumber said that he had to go for supplies and was gone about an hour. He came back with supplies and pump and proceeded to replace the pump he removed the cover off of old pump and said once he put in the new pump he could not put the cover back on because it would not fit so he left it open. After the replacement/ repair was completed he had me sign that the work order that the work was completed and a survey in which he stood over me like a centennial to make sure that I filled out the survey to his satisfaction. Well I must not have since I noticed the next day I had nails and screws left laying in my driveway along with muddy rags and debris from the repair.

What an awful experience. First of all the guy they sent out to clear my line kept trying to nickel and dime me for more money. Second had to make three attempt to try and clear my line (they claim it was three, but more to follow on that). Third I have pictures showing that between the second visit and the third visit they never touched the drain line. So they tried to mislead me into believing that they came out the third time and snaked the line in my basement. Fourth they actually had the nerve to tell me that they believe a line that goes from being completely blocked to being partially blocked (otherwise known as a slow drain) is NOT considered a blockage. Fifth even though their plumber will claim some kind of warrantee on their work (like a year) they will try to convince you to pay them more money for the second visit. Yes I said second. Sixth watch their cost. They will try to convince you to spend like $600 dollars at first to clear two lines knowing it should never be that expensive. Can be done for around $250 easily, then afterwards will point out that the second line really did not have a blockage. I'm like really... Need I say more? I gave them almost a week to do the right thing. There are other sites with lots of complaints about this company. Avoid at all cost. See pictures to see what their finished work looks like after the third trip. OK. I have one positive thing to say about them. If you call them, they will return your call.

Showed up on time, looked at what had to be done and explained the process very thoroughly. Offered a service plan with no pressure to buy. Very helpful.

Wow where do i begin,well the guy shows up on time that's about all the only positive i can give you so far.So here it goes i show the guy what needs to be replaced and right of the bat he says he just can't replace the tap cause he's gotta go through my finished basement and cut through drywall and put the new copper pipe in so he doesn't agree with me that we don't need to do that all he had to do was to loosen up the old faucet and put a new one in and i had paid $99.00 for that service through Angies List.He charged me $601.31 including what i had already paid through Angies,now here's the kicker the so called EXPERT had no idea as to where he's going to cut the drywall and when i saw that i said just go outside and pull the rod and put a new faucet and you are done,guess what he cuts it anyway in the wrong place and patches it really ugly in the ceiling.Finally comes out and replaces the faucet the way i told him to do in the first place and he was done in less than 30 minutes,i call his boss and explain what his guy did so he takes off $171.00 off the bill and say's that's the best he could do and that's my price,and so i give him a check for $331.32+99.00=430.32 for a lousy job and a clueless so called expert,that's my story for MR.ROOTER PLUMBING in Norristown, PA WATCH OUT guys $99 is a BAIT&SWITCH TACTIC!!PS. ZERO MATERIALS USED SUCH AS COPPER PIPE AND SO FORTH EXCEPT THE FAUCET,by the way the guy apologized for the pricing before he left saying there's nothing he can do about that, I do have the pictures to absolutely prove it i'll post it as soon as i can resolve an issue with my iphone!! TO BE CONTINUED!!

On time, good service, all work professionally done. Plumber found extra things in my old home that needed to get fixed and that was done too.

Louis the plumber was very friendly, professional and helpful.

The owner Mike called right away scheduled right away. Loe (plumber) came out, explained everything, did a very good job. Applied all discount to pricing.

Lou was on time needed to call Mike to negotiate price but job was done quickly and after 20 min. I have a new faucet to replace the leaky one.

Went very well, on time and I was very pleased what I was looking for and he excluded my expectation.

They called after I purchased the "deal" and said that the work could likely cost more than what I already paid. He added that if, when he arrived, the estimate is more than what I already paid for the deal, and I didn't want to pay the extra money, then he would charge me a $30 call fee anyway. Didn't feel right to me so I got my money back from Angie's list.

If I was told when the appointment was scheduled that there might be 300+% increase in the "deal" based on the type of outside faucet I had, I probably would have cancelled. But given the guy was in my house at 8am on a Sunday morning I decided just to have them replace it. I have discussed the experience with a friend who is a plumber, and he said he was not surprised at this bait and switch tactic and upset I didn't reach out to him first. In general, this company may provide decent service, but this very misleading "deal" and subsequent crafty major price increase, has left me with a very bad impression of this company and I wouldn't use them again or refer them to anyone.

I think this company is scamming customers. Right away the dude was trying to upcharge and sell a maintenance agreement. I spent a total of $272 when I should have only spent $99. I already sent a complaint to Angie's List about this issue

I just felt like the information in the details of the offer and the charge of $29 was very misleading.

Con was pleasant and performed work quickly.

Luke came over and looked at the placement of the shut-off in the basement and then outside right after he fixed and replaced outside frost free hose bib.

They had a deal on Angie's List for a hose bit replacement for $99.00. They had no intention of doing the hose bit replacement for $99.00. They quoted me 650.00 for the hose bit replacement. It was a complete waste of time. They are very high pressure salesman. They have the Angie's List review with them when they do the service and they make you fill it out in front of them. They are a very bad company and a bunch of scam artist. They also quote you one price, then you say no and get their boss on the phone to give you other quotes. Its just not a good company. It's not something that you should deal with.

Juan was very professional and was able to successfully dislodge the clog. He stayed to ensure the clog was removed and offered products to help keep the clog away.
