Requested quote after making appointment. Rep called to have plumber come out. He was prompt and thorough.

Called Wed 3/7/17 and company was back to me in 2 hours services rendered 3/10/17. Excellent service clean and neat and a gentleman for a tech.

Watched tech have problem with main sewer.

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. It was fine. The deal was for $99 but they charged $129 because they had to cut through a wall to do it. The only thing is that they did try to sell a program that I wasn't interested in, but the quality of work was fine.

On time, professional about service, made sure I was pleased with work.

Repair man came in-evaluated the problem told us what had to be done. Started the work and had to came back to complete the job.

I would grade them A on everything, I just wanted to let you know that they tried to set you up with a program for another $300 to use their services all of the time, and it didn't make sense to me. I would just rather just call them up and use them again, but they were really pushing this service contract with me, and finally I said no. I don't think I'll use them again because of that contract thing.

Excellent. Arrived on time and worked efficiently.

Not well. The plumber arrived and the first thing he asked was to see my coupon. He then had me turn the water on in my master shower but never took off the shower head. He quoted me $380 without purchasing their advantage plan. He also told me the advantage plan and their coupons were way better than Angie's List. He said that the $380 was to start the work but thought he would need to order a part that would be additional. I told him it was too expensive. He charged me an additional $59 for the visit in addition to the $99 I already paid for $200 of services. I learned that my warranty covered the service after a deductible. THe Cherry Hill plumbing service came and within 15 minutes took off the shower head and notices there was debris in the head that must have happened during the original build of our house since the house is only 2 years old and removed the debris at no extra charge and was out of here in 30 minutes. He said any experienced plumber would have known this given that it was only our master shower. I really would like my $99 back for the $200 of services the Angie's list special i paid for. I will never use mr plumber again and and skeptical to use Angie's list if i do not reiceve a full refund. THe coupon is still valid through May of 2017 but i will never use.

Found sewage backing up into the house late at night, made an emergency call and first thing in the morning, Lou was at my door to help. I knew it was tree roots, so I showed Lou the site (inside and out). He went to work and within 1 hour had the roots removed and the water was flowing again. He made some suggestions for me to keep the issue down and did offer a maintenance package that I did buy for peace of mind.

Was told that the deal on Angie's list was not for my type of outdoor faucet even though the picture on Angie's list showed my type of faucet attached to the house. Was then told it would be a lot extra and was given a sales pitch to buy a service plan with them. It was a bait and switch.
