I will not use this company for plumbing again. I was very unhappy with the tactics used after I pre-purchased a service. What was supposed to be a simple hose bib replacement ended up costing me over $300.00 - when the Angie's list deal claims $99.00.

Horrible experience. While I appreciated their promptness, I was quite taken aback by their "Diagnose and Discuss Price" of $297.00. This part of the visit took maybe 3 minutes total, that would be waived if I had a repair done. Most places charge $49.00. Though I found that price usurious, being in need I agreed to it. For the non-flushing toilet, the plumber identified the broken part but said that parts were no "longer made" for it. I found that odd, since it was barely three years old. He recommended a new toilet for $650.00+, which I refused. He snaked the clogged toilet and solved that issue. I'm giving them an F, since just now another plumber arrived and replaced the bad parts of the toilet and it's working fine. In other words, in my constitutionally protected opinion, they lied when they said parts "weren't made any longer," since they clearly are. I don't enjoy being misled to and I hope anyone reading this review avoids hiring them to avoid such a negative circumstance.

Toilet was fixed but cost was very high.

I bought a "deal" for $158.00 for a service call, which would include $30 towards parts. Had a drip in bathroom faucet, I was hoping the faucet could be fixed but suspected I might need a new one installed. Either way, I figured the cost of the deal would "about" cover the repair or installation (I would supply the new faucet if needed). Turns out I needed a new faucet and had to pay an additional $226 on top of the $158 I already paid, and since I already paid that, I was kind of "stuck" with them and I think they know that and took advantage. $384.00 to install a bathroom sink in under an hour is just way too much and a rip off, and I feel that the "deal" was actually a way to lock in a sucker (me). Also tried to sell me a service plan right away.

Service was advertised on Angie's List as a one time offer $99 to replace outdoor faucet. Fine print, it only included something called a "boiler" valve, whatever that is. To replace my frost resistant type (which I assumed most newer homes were installed with), the cost was considerably more. After some initial confusion as to what it would cost, I went with the service. The plumber was very professional, did an excellent job, and the replacement faucet is indeed a better version than the one I had. That said, pay attention to offers made, and understand what it will or will not cover.

Sewer backup - Bob fixed the clog quickly and efficiently.

I assumed that the $99 covered the placement of the faucet. He told me that the faucet included with the deal was for a small plastic faucet and not for a frost free faucet. He also said it did not include installation or mating with the pipe. I asked if he could change the faucet on the front of my house as well and he wanted to charge me an additional $500 to replace the front faucet. He then said the deal I purchased would be applied to a yearly service contract instead. He tried very hard to push me into a service contract. I refused work with him so he charged me a $39 service call fee just for coming out.

They were professional and explained everything to me.

$39.00 was lost since we needed pay .for something that was not done. they are selling something that is not.

He was punctual and professional. He had to replace the piping which was an additional charge from the deal I had purchased for the replacement. Overall happy with the service provided.

Lou arrived on time, diagnosed the problem (a leak from faucet base), recommended replacement, gave labor costs. Upon agreement, he went out bought a new Moen faucet and installed it.

Totally unprofessional of the rep to come and try to sell his other services. Price not honoured and it ended up being a negotiating back and forth.

Very well. Mike was very friendly & confident that he could do the job even though it was not an easy fix.

Please save your money and do not use Mr. Rooter. We were highly disappointed in their customer service. Please use a service that will take the time to diagnose the problem accurately and understand the issue.

Bob wasn't able to get the camera through, but gave a good explanation of the construction inside the house and why there was difficulty. Knowledgeable and friendly.
