Person was great. But price is double or more what are usual plumber charges. He was on vacation, so we were in a pinch. Very pricey. Use them only in emergencies. They are responsive, but you will pay a lot more.

I was shocked when they gave me the price and not in a good way but I was stuck since the sink was being replaced the same day. I could have purchased a new disposal for what it cost to just have this one taken off.

The scheduling was quick. The plumber arrived on time and did quality work and replaced the broker outdoor faucet.

I paid $500 to clear the drains inside and outside the house but it turns out they were not really blocked. Plumber broke the inside drain line in two places and said the company would send another plumber to take care of the damage the following day. Plumber came and wanted me to pay $270 plus parts to do the repair. Original plumber denied saying the company would cover the repair. We compromised and I paid around $70 for the parts. Parts receipt was not available, but the repairs were made.

They showed up on time and fixed the leak correctly, but I have the feeling I was ripped off. I was charged $530 for the labor that took 1.5 hours; I reluctantly agreed to that. But what was worst is that they charged $108 for parts, which consisted of a pressure switch ($28 at most on lowes.com and homedepot.com) and a 6 inch brass pipe (a few bucks). Needless to say, I got the feeling someone went christmas shopping on my dime to make up for the difference. Parts are not itemized, so they can get away with charging whatever they want.

This is a follow up to a review from 7/4/17. I originally pre-purchased a deal on Angie's list for a hose bib replacement. Angie's list price was $99.00. When the work was done, the company upcharged me over $250. When I went to close down the faucet for the winter, the inside valve would no longer shut completely. Since the work was done less than 6 months ago, I called to have them come back out and fix the problem. When they arrived, they told me it was only a 90 parts and labor warranty - despite LOTS of marketing materials they left with me the first time about "standing behind our work." They also signed me up for the "Advantage plan<" none of which means they will stand behind their work. They then proceeded to offer me a replacement valve if I paid for the part. They also said I had previously left them a bad review - as if that was an issue for them. Very poor work, and they do NOT stand behind their work.

Wonderfully! Mike was punctual, polite, experienced and very nice.

Lou was ontime as said assessed the problem with professionalism. Came up with a good solution to the problem.

Lou the plumber, found our plumbing leak, which was a tub drain pipe that slipped off and repaired with supports and created access panel.

Removed garbage disposal, cable drain line, installed new trap for double bowl sink. Lou did a great job!

Bob was on time, the price was reasonable.

Drain was clogged, he came & unclogged it. It went well.

Again I did not hire Rooter's private contractors. He gave me estimated bill with his cell phone number to call if I wanted the service. I didn't call back I knew the price he gave me was much higher than the work I need done.

Plumber on time. Noticed trap was loose. Checked garbage disposal vibration making trap loose. Garbage disposal needed to be replaced.

He identify issue & fixed it. Was nice to work with.
