We had a SERIOUS clog at our rental property that was threatening to flood the basement at 5pm on a Friday. We called 5 companies and Montco Rooter was the only company to respond and also the only company that didn’t require us to drive an hour to meet them at the rental. Mike sent a technician out immediately who diagnosed the problem. They came back first thing Saturday morning and cleared the lines. We noticed Saturday night that we were still experiencing some issues. I reached out to Mike who had someone out first thing Sunday to check the lines again. We so appreciate their quick response and attentiveness on a weekend and would absolutely use them again! They were fantastic!

Very well. The prior owner had been "creative" fixing a problem which really created a problem for me, the current owner and Lou was up to the challenge. Job well done and in a timely manner

Great experience using Montco Rooter. Lue walked me through the problem and answered all my questions. This is my first home with a septic system and having a trusted resource that was willing to spend the time to educate me, went a long way. The work went well. The plumber explained the process and gave us the cost of the work. The work was done to our satisfaction.

It was a tough one but he was bound and determined to fix it, and he did! Another plumbing company just a few days before had given up and left after charging me a few hundred and not fixing anything. Not these guys, they spent the whole day to make sure it got fixed.

It went beautifully as always. I ordered the toilet they even went and picked it up and installed it for me at yet another reasonable price if you’re not using their service you’re not using the right plumbing company !!

It was scary going into the job but once they rip my wall out and I saw the crack pipe and they provided me with the best plumber I have ever had and I love the fact that they charge per job not per hour my plumber to do very knowledgeable about what he does and Mike p*** it’s very responsive And quick to respond back to you always keep you updated and informed on what is going to be done or what needs to be done Montco Rooter Is the only plumbing company for me now!

Service was great. Luis was awesome, friendly, professional, and was great at explaining everything. Sergio was also nice.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value The kitchen sink had been clogged for 3 months, if not for my back and neck injuries, I would have done it myself. I had snaked the 15 ft. X 2 inch pvc drain myself pipe 3 times. I used a 1/2 inch snake, and it took hours and I was exhausted and in pain. The Montco Plumbing rep Lou, was kind, jovial, and very profession. I highly recommend Montco Plumbing.

The plumbing work was good but the experience was bad. High pressure sales pitch for extra services was not welcome when I just wanted the services I requested. Pricing was excessively high. The plumber, Lou did a really good job up until he replaced my garbage disposal with a dented, scratched and well worn garbage disposal from an opened box and tried to pass off as new. I refused to accept it so he drove back to his shop to get a new replacement badger brand common to Lowe’s and Home Depot for $98 bucks. After the work was finished Lou presented with a bill that included the same $99 service contract I refused earlier. I refused to pay and they took it off the bill. I won’t be using Montco Rooter Plumbing & Drains again do to their sketchy business practices.

Mike spent more time than any other plumber we had making sure that the drains were actually clear. For the first time since we've owned the house.. ALL our drains are working properly, and we can finally put in our new washer that's been sitting for a year! Same day service. It was a little expensive, but well worth it considering the amount of time Mike spent making sure the drain was actually clear. They say you get what you pay for, and those other "$99 drain cleaning" places will do the absolute minimum. Thanks guys for your help!

Louis was excellent! Very friendly, explained what was happening, explained the problem. Remembered me from a previous job years ago. He did great work in a timely manner. Showed up within an hour of me calling. Called at 2pm, had a new, working water heater by 5:30. Great job! Great price!
