Missed the first appointment. Wouldn’t give estimate over the phone, than over-charged 60% over a going rate for the simple service. Would not pick up the phone after and address concerns. Just stay away, there’s better plumbers in the area.

Scheduled a house call. I had the leak located and plumber had access. Wanted to remove vanity and open up wall. I said I was going to get a second opinion and was informed it would be $198 for diagnosing. At that point I decided to have him attempt to seal the leak without removing the vanity, which he did in 15 minutes. Was charged $459.

Work was done when needed - same day as requested. Louis was knowledgeable, answered all questions, highlighted issues, explained the work done. I'm happy with the final result.

We called Montco Rooter regarding a clogged drain in the rear of our house on the Friday after Thanksgiving. We were able to schedule a Saturday morning appointment. Bob the plumber arrived on time ready to work. He explained clearly what the problem was and unclogged the drain. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. If I needed service again I would request Bob. Thank you.

Mike mislead me with a quote. Then charged me $1576.00 for labor to install a water heater. He claimed all kinds of extra charges, like $275 for labor to install a valve and expansion tank, witch any plumber should be able to do in 10 minutes. $1576 FOR LABOR FOR A JOB ANY QUALIFIED PLUMBER SHOULD BE ABLE TO COMPLETE IN A COUPLE HOURS

Great, I called them the night before and they came out when they said they would. Bob did the job, cleaned up after himself and left.

I used an Angies List coupon that said $49 for inspection. The dispatcher said he would wave the fee and just give me a price for the work. The plumber showed up and requested a $200 diagnostic fee. I then negotiated to pay the $49 fee instead even though the dispatcher claimed that was for dispatch only. The quote was for $300 to replace the drain stopper assembly! I just wanted an adjustment. I paid the $49 and he left.

It went fantastic....John was the plumber that fixed our problem with ease....kindness and professionalism....we would definitely hire him again.
