They were great! On time, professional, had propped PPE on and most of all EXPLAINED everything to me! I saw a value in the money that I was spending. Thru made what I thought would be impossible look easy to fix and now my plumbing in the basement is as good as new. THANK YOU!

Great Job. Got the toliet flushing on a Saturday afternoon when I couldn't and I greatly appreciate it.

Very fast response time. Quote was $1,400.00 to replace a faucet and drain (and we had already purchased the faucet). The plumber said the pipe fittings were the wrong size for the faucet and that would cause the extra price. When I said that was out of our budget, they said, "Well, how much were you thinking of spending?" That's when I knew this wasn't a good match. Called my dad and asked if he knew a good plumber. Called his plumber who was nearby on another job, he stopped by on his way to yet another job, connected everything perfectly and charged $150. I hope my experience was a fluke with this company and that others have better success and reasonable prices.

The 2 workers that were here did an excellent and timely installation of my new garbage disposal. They were both courteous. Louis did a good job of explaining what he needed to do and what the membership in Montco's service contract would cover. I would use them again.

It took a few days to find a tank. But Montco Rooter gave me frequent status updates and installed the tank quickly.

Quick and painless interior water main set up and reconfiguration

We initially had a free estimate scheduled setup for February 7th, which was a Sunday and it happened to snow that day also, so we called to see if the plumber would like to reschedule. We were informed that he was already in our area on another job therefore he was nearby and it would not be an issue or charge. We also asked, that it being a weekend when we scheduled initially, if there were any additional fees for him coming out on a Sunday, which we were told there were no fees. We made it very clear that all we wanted was a free estimate on the phone to Mike the owner. After the plumber came in and assess the dripping valve, we were given an estimate of over $400. That estimate was entirely too high for us so we decided to decline on any services. At that point the plumber called his boss Mike on the telephone and told him that the price was too high for us. It was then at that moment that Mike said well what if I take $100 off. We still respectfully declined. It was then at that moment the plumber and Mike continued to talk and tried to lower the price again which was still too high for us and at that point we were very uncomfortable with how this business was being operated. The plumber acted as a salesman and continued to try to peer pressure my husband into a sale, which my husband ultimately decline. The plumber then turns around and says well I have to charge you something for today and charge to us $50. Extremely unhappy and unsatisfied about that, I reached out to Mike to ask him why we were charged when there were no services performed and we were guaranteed a free estimate which was all we received. Mike was extremely unprofessional and rude on the telephone and actually hung up on me and switched over to another call mid conversation of me talking. He then proceeded to tell me there's nothing he can do and do whatever I have to do and hung up on me.
