Description of Work: We made an appointment for an estimate. The contractor came out on April 23rd and said we would have a proposal by the weekend. We have not heard anything since we met on the 23rd.

We apologize for the delayed response. Our manager had a death in his family therefore he has been out of the office for the last two weeks. We are still planning on preparing a quote, but we have fallen behind. Thank you for your understanding.

Description of Work: I wanted to use them for landscape design and installation service. I called them 3 times within a month and left messages. Despite promises from the polite receptionist, no one ever called me. I took my business elsewhere.

Member was contacted within 24 hours of her call. A voicemail was left on the only contact number that was given, asking for another form of contact information if possible. We didn’t hear back until later in the month at which time EG was unfortunately on vacation. She was informed of this and told that we would be more than happy to work with her and that he would contact her as soon as he got back. At the time she seemed fine with this. However, apparently she decided to go with someone in the meantime. We regret the fact that we were not able to help her with her project and wish her all the best and would love the chance to work with her in the future.
