Description of Work: Hired for a long distance move of over 40 miles. The crew was on time, and worked diligently to get our 4 bedroom home loaded and unloaded. They were polite, responsive and the price was right. The truck was a bit small to get everything loaded, but they did their best. As a result, some items were slightly damaged (scratches, dents) when unloaded at the destination. Despite this, I still would use again.

Description of Work: I needed items moved to different rooms all over the house. There was a minimum of 3 hours and a gas charge to get to my house. They were great and the work was done well but I wish I knew 2 guys who I could have paid less. I didn't even need a truck.

Description of Work: They moved all of our furniture from our apartment to our home. This was my first time using movers and overall it was a great experience. They showed up within the time they said they would and began work right away. They packaged everything up nicely. There was only one hiccup with a rip in one of our couch arms. However, the movers were as careful as possible and it was just an unfortunate event. The company sent over paper work and will be taking care of the damage cost. Over great experience and even with the hiccup I would use them again.

Description of Work: They moved our one bedroom apartment. The moving guys themselves were great. Professional, smart, careful. However the reason Adams got a B instead of an A is lack of communication from "central operations/dispatch" to the guys on the road. We had purchased an Angies List coupon and while it was ultimately honored the moving guys arrived and asked for cash payment. Then we had to wait while they called back to base etc to verify the coupon. | |Also we had very clear instructions on who to call - a friend was helping me move as I was traveling for business. I missed two calls during a business meeting and they had no idea what to do even though I had called "central dispatch" 48 hours prior to move date to go over logistics, including who was primary POC and that we had Angies coupon. | |
