The entire experience with him went very well. He had good ideas and was willing to listen to me. He did the work on time. He was very clean and delivered what he said he would. He was interactive in terms of planning the project.

He is very honest and he is very committed to doing a quality job. He takes his time and he doesn?t rush to get through things. He?s a one man show so sometimes you have to wait a little while but I?ve always found him to be worth the wait

They are easy to talk to, very detailed, and just very good. The price was reasonable. The owner was very professional and knew what he was talking about. It all worked out very good with the plans he drew up.

I didn't end up using him but I should have. He was much better than the other guys. He was more professional. He told me to do things for my homeowners association and they turned out to be good. I wish that I had used him because the people I used were terrible. He was very nice.

Job was completed in one day as promised and clean up was performed satisfactorily. Chris Tonelli worked alone on this project and was very professional and courteous. We are very satisfied with the job and his attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Chris and his team did a great job. While they began the job two weeks later than originally planned due to weather problems, they completed the work in 3-1/2 days and provided my family with a completed renovated deck that is not only built to code (unlike its predecessor), but attractive and a pleasure to use. Rather than simply patching the existing deck, Tonelli worked to replace the failing elements and upgraded the decks appearance with beveled edged on the railings and posts. He was also quick to advise me of any extra work that needed to be completed as he proceeded and its impact on costs. When his team accidentally broke a sprinkler on the property, Chris advised me of the problem and offered to replace it or deduct it from his price. Throughout the work, Chris and his team kept the work area clean to prevent any injury to my toddler and dog. When the work was complete, Chris and his crew did a fine job cleaning up the site and offering suggesting on how the deck might be stained in the future. Finally, Chris was very helpful in working with me and provided a detailed invoice to document his work.
