Description of Work: They cleaned three rooms on my first floor, three bedrooms, two flights of carpeted stairs and a hall way as well as a den on the second and third floors. Ken was excellent in his attention to detail and the care he and his assistant took in my home. I will definitely be calling Thomas Carpet Cleaners again!!

Description of Work: Cleaned/deodorized/treated 2 rooms, stairs, hall. Nice job. The carpets came up looking great. The gentleman was on time and did a good job. When my wife got home from work, she felt the carpets were left a bit too wet but not having experience with this, I could not tell. The carpets dried in 24-36 hours with air conditioning.

Description of Work: Steve arrived precisely on time, cleaned four rooms of carpeting and some upholstered chairs in 2-1/2 hours, and was unfailingly friendly and professional. I couldn't be more pleased.

Description of Work: We have a sewer overflow in our basement which we had just carpeted. Thomas Carpet Cleaners came in and cut out the damaged padding and cleaned the rugs with deodorizers and cleaners specifically for this type of damage. They left a fan for two days to dry the carpeting. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I had 3 rooms, hallway and staircase done.They were about a half-hour early but they did a great job. We had 2yrs. worth of cat urine stains and they removed 95% of them and my house smells 100% better.I thought we were going to have to get all new carpets so it was well worth the money. Great Job! Highly recommend.

Description of Work: The gentlemen, Steve, meticulously cleaned and deordorized 2 sets of stairs, the hallway and the living room and dining area. He moved minor pieces and cleaned. He replaced each item and put carpet protectors under each leg. I have old carpet which wraps around the steps--Steve cleaned the entire step effectively. I asked Steve if I could schedule next year's appointment today, because I will definitely used this service next year!
