I plan on using this company twice annually from now on for all of my installed carpets. Quite professionally, the company made a decision not to attempt our hand-made oriental rugs, suggesting we use a specialist instead.

 + -1 moreGreat service. We live in a 3rd floor condo in Center City, which makes it hard for a carpet cleaning truck to get in. It took some creativity, but the technician parked on the sidewalk and miraculously got the water hoses all the way up the stairs in this old row home. Technician also dealt very well with a my scared, barking dog. Excellent job despite many obstacles. And a low price!

 + -1 moreWorker left no mess, was very courteous, on time, and quick! I think the price was reasonable, especially since they traveled to our house for the job, although it certainly didn't take much time!
Description of Work: Worker came to our house with a truck full of equipment, and cleaned 3 area rugs (3 sizes from 3' x 6' to 9' x 7') with some kind of vacuum/shampooer attached to the truck with hoses. Worker carried the largest rug down from the 3rd floor to the ground floor, to do the cleaning, and then carried it back up. Rugs turned out very clean, and we have a toddler and pre-schooler whose main occupation is spilling things!
