It went very well and Dale was very friendly and on time. He did a great job and I would absolutely use them again.

Overall the Thomas representative (sorry, can't remember his name) was very polite, knowledgeable, and did a good job with the carpets. He addressed my concerns about using too much detergent in the carpets, and also was happy to do the extra carpet on the screened-in porch, which was a last-minute addition to his work. My only complaint is that, given the hot steamy August weather, he naturally got rather sweaty doing the work, and dripped a bit over carpet he had just cleaned. A sweat rag tucked into his belt would have prevented this. Also, the carpets were a bit stiff after they dried, but vacuuming took care of that.

Responded promptly to my urgent call to have carpets cleaned a few days before I moved into my house. Did a very nice job removing grime and stains.

They showed up when they said they would. The guy who did it was very easy to talk to and pleasant. His name was Paul.

This was a decent amount of work that was done and they did great I think. They were very timely. I got an exact quote from he guy which was great. They were very efficient and very helpful in terms of moving my furniture as well. The charge for this also included the deodorization as well.

I had asked for a Saturday appointment which was no problem between 1-2. They called later in the week to see if coming between 12-1 was ok and I was fine with it. He pretreated our LR which was heavily soiled by the previous owners. When he was 1/2 finished in the LR, he called me to see the difference. WOW is all I can say. He got a lot of that dirt out that I was not sure would ever come out. They did a great job in under 30 minutes in cleaning my rugs. He gave me suggestions on how to clean certain stains and if I spilled anything major to give them a call and they would see if they could come out that same day. I was very pleased with their work!

They called promptly schedule the job, called again to reconfirm, and then offered to come earlier if it suited me since they completed a job ahead of schedule. Service was great. It had been a while since my carpets were cleaned, and they were able to remove all of the stains and it looks brand new.

They were great!! A representative came out to the house and was not sure he could steam the fabric. So he took a pillow back to the owner who called me to assure me that it could be steam cleaned. We scheduled a new appointment for the following week to have the couch cleaned.

started cleaning, finished two rooms, machine broke, stated they would return in a few days, I needed to return to work, they returned with new machine next day, finished work. Very satisfied; will use them again. Very accommodating, professional, neat, clean.

This vendor was chosen due to the high ratings on Angie's list. The vendor was called on Monday, Nov 13th and they were able to schedule the job for the following Monday, which was the week of Thanksgiving. The technician arrived about 10 minutes early. He was very pleasant and answered all questions that were asked. The entire job took a little over 2 hours. The carpets look great! There were some stains that we didn't anticipate being able to be removed, but much to our surprise and delight they were eradicated. The quoted drying time was 4-5 hours, but it actually took much longer. This is probably due to the density of the carpet and the removal of some of the stubborn stains. Will definitely use them again for future cleanings.

The owner is very nice and his team showed up on time when they said they would. He also fit my in his schedule due to an emergency I had and his price was unbeatable. Also, the people he has working with him are professional and very nice.

I was able to get an appointment within two days, which was perfect. The worker called to tell me he'd be late, which was fine. He called me when he was a few minutes away. He was polite. He answered questions with helpful info. He did 3 small rugs for free.

Did an outstanding job in all respects - polite, on time, quality. Even reduced the quoted cost when he realized upon arrival at the house that they had assumed more carpet than was actually there to be cleaned.

I am happy with this service. I was referred by Angie's List. They made an appointment with me promptly on line and even though they were a little late arriving, they kept the appointment and called. It was a good price. My only complaint is that the carpet is so dense that it is not dry yet even after a day, but that is not their fault. I would recommend this company.

Company provided estimate over the phone after I provided square footage of area to be cleaned. Appointment time was a two hour window just a few days later. Paul arrived slightly ahead of schedule. Cleaned floor with a hot water/pressure washing system after spraying floor with a precleaner. Did a good job of cleaning floor except for several spots missed along the edges and corners which were very apparent after the floor dried. Called the Company and they sent Paul back a couple days later to fix the problem areas. Wish he had been more detailed oriented, but at least he didn't have an attitude when he returned to fix the job.
