Description of Work: I contacted them for an estimate and they promptly answered and provided the estimate even after business hours. When the first estimate came through I noticed that it left out the price for some rooms. I contacted them and they apologized and promptly updated it. I am awaiting approval from the insurance company of payment (it is an insurance issue) and I expect to use the service.

Description of Work: Called me back the same day. Arrived on time. Very polite and friendly guy. Did a great job even on high traffic areas.

Description of Work: Steam cleaned LR furniture and carpeting on stairs and upper hallway. Meticulous - got up any spots on carpeting. Respective of surrounding plants and furnishings. Timely arrival and pleasant worker. I called company back later to clean my kitchen wood floors and again had excellent service and good workers.

Description of Work: We just moved into our home in October and after moving in, family visiting, construction workers coming in and out, and a red wine accident on our white carpet we wanted the carpet cleaned. I called they asked about the areas needing cleaning and gave me an estimate and times when they could come out. They were there on time and ready to go. They cleaned all the rooms we needed and also a chair that needed cleaning(looked great, all stains out and well worth cost to clean). They used plastic and styrofoam pieces under furniture and all stains including wine stain gone. They worked hard and I feel cost was well worth it, we are very pleased and would use them again.

Description of Work: Thomas arrived at my mothers (a senior citizen) house to clean her sofa. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. We were expecting to pay for the service but he told us that he could not reverse the water damage spots and recommended that we not spend the money. He could have easily done the work and charged us for it but was honest enough to say that we would see no improvement. We were especially grateful since my mother sometimes deals with people on her own. Will definitely keep him in mind for the future.
