They were initially very responsive and took the time to discuss our landscaping needs. But, in general, their suggestions turned out not to look very good-- i.e., the plantings weren't appropriate for the spot and looked pretty awful. A good number of the plants died, and despite their assurances that they'd replace them, they took forever and didn't replace them all. I had to nag them. I eventually gave up and had my regular gardener replace everything in the front of the house. It looks infinitely better- I should have used my gardener in the first place, but I thought Bryn Mawr Landscaping would have better ideas about landscape design. I was so wrong. I will say that they did a better job on the plants in the backyard. I can't complain about that. It was the front yard that was problematic. Also, when they initially came to do the job, they were ill-prepared- didn't have enough plants and just filled in with whatever they happened to have on hand.I found the owner to be rather difficult and not all that pleasant after the initial work was done. I would never use them again, and I don't think anyone else should.

From the very start the Owner was ontime. He gave me an accurate estimates and a day and time the work would be completed. On the day of service they were on time, professional and fast. I will continue to use them for all my landscaping needs.

It went quite well, he arrived promptly to give me an estimate for removing the tree. I like his professionalism and manner. I explained that this job is something I would do in the future. His price is right and I would recommend anyone to call this company.
