"We did a pictorial design for the member. This type of design shows a picture of the house with the new plants installed. It really shows how the plants will look when installed. This job was installed September 2009, and the member posted a comment on your website October 27, 2011, 2 years after the work was completed. When we left the job it looked just like I promised. We ended up adding some plants on the left side of the house, I did this a few days later since i had to go and get the plants. The member had 3 or 4 plants die that I was told. We went back to her house in the spring of 2010, and we re-mulched the beds, replaced 2 dead plants at that time and pruned a large Oak Tree in the rear of the property. Over the summer of 2010, the member told me that 2 more plants died and I told her that I would be back in the fall to replace, she did not like that answer she wanted it done then. I will only plant trees and shrubs at the proper time of year. Both times I reminded her of watering the plant material. This is very important in the first 2 years of establishment. The 4 plants that died were because of lack of water. She claims she watered. If she was unhappy of the type of plants or the quality, this is the first that I am hearing of it, she was given a list of all plants that were to be installed. She did not call me or tell me of her dissatification. The last 2 summers the weather was extremely hot and no rain. Unless someone was very diligent in watering, these plants did not stand a chance."
