Highly recommended.

Arrived within agreed upon time frame, called me ahead as agreed. Diagnosis w/input of customer, had difficulty matching "universal" stopper with my unit. Changed course. Discover faulty float/refill mechanism. Proceeded to replace float/refill unit and connecting hose. Quick test for refill of bowl, but no more attention to original problem. Clean-up, present bill, accept check, leave. After departure, I noticed the leak was still running and that servicemen had left new stopper and some small parts lying about. I called the office, and they recommended the purchase of a new toilet. After some pointed haggling, they agreed to knock $50 in labor off a new toilet install since the original problem had not been addressed, but it took some jawboning to get this far. I declined this option in the end, not sure of the willingness of the company to back-up their work or remain on the job site long enough to fully test the work. I expected a more forthright admission of hasty work and unresolved problem, instead of an extended argument about the manufacturing/engineering defects of my Koehler toilet and difficulty of correctly diagnosing/testing the problem with said unit. I don't feel that this company is incompetent or malicious, but at the same time, they did not earn my trust. My toilet probably does need replacing, but that option, and its relative expense compared to the $180 per/hr labor charge and $33 in parts, should have been addressed before I spent $213. I still have to find a plumber.

I called Mr. Malozi to describe my issue and schedule an appointment. My outside faucet had been leaking when turned on. In addition, the faucet was not installed properly by a different contractor (the faucet was not fastened to the outside wall and about 2 inches of pipe was completely exposed). Mr. Malozi and another gentleman arrived at my home right on time. I noticed immediately that they were both professional, friendly, and courteous. They examined the faucet and described to me exactly what they were going to do. The work was done in about 30 minutes to my complete satisfaction. The workmanship and material were top quality. Mr. Malozi takes pride in his work and it is obvious. The price charged was exactly what was quoted to me. I believe the price was fair relative to the quality of the work. I am a stisfied customer and I will use Mr. Malozi again.

Mr. Malozi came in along with his helper and immediately took care of the clog. I asked to have the toilet replaced with a better model as recommended by Mr. Malozi. My other toilet was also replaced. Mr. Malozi also checked my water softener since I didn't think it was operating properly. I had no idea how a water softener was supposed to operate since we are new to the home. Mr. Malozi noticed that the softener need repair. This was completed and Mr. Malozi explained the operation of the softener to me. He was extremely helpful. My initial problem, the clogged toilet was taken care of within 2 hours of my calling. What could have been a really bad experience worked out very well by these professionals.

Great, he answered the phone and came over that morning. All work was completed in a few hours. Very professional and reasonable prices. My mother is a senior living at home and he was very helpful and explained all the services to her.

It went very well. Phil is a very friendly, personable guy and so are the people who work with him. The tiler is exceptionally easy to work with and does an EXCELLENT job! The work was done during some very bad weather and all workers were very careful to protect my carpets, etc. and to clean up after themselves. All were very courteous and friendly AND they listen to you and answer your questions.

The leak was discoverered on Saturday. I called and received a call back within two hours. An appointment was made for Monday morning. Fortunately the faucet I wanted was in stock. I arrived home from work on Monday afternoon to a beautiful new kitchen faucet.

Because of the unforeseen additional work, it took three trips to my house for them to finish the work. But they always came within a few days of me calling them, and always did what they said they would do.

It went very well. He quoted me a price and stuck to it. He was in and out in a day and a half and there were no problems. He was neat and professional.

They arrived with a hand written proposal, on time. Work was completed in one half day. Wow, that's fast! The workers were friendly and clean, even played with my two Jack Russell's.

He quoted the job start to finish in 6 hours and was done in 4. I did have a lot of prep completed when he arrived.

Perfect. He arrived on time, replaced the toilet, and also replaced my faucet, which I didn't have scheduled. I am just delighted, and his price was very reasonable. He left my home spotless. Couldn't ask for more. I am glad I know who to call going forward.

Very nice, courteous service. In hind sight, we could have avoided the initial work if we just waited for the new work, we feel they could have offered to replace instead of fix right away. Live and learn! Also, we would have appreciated booties so our carpets did not get so dirty. But, overall, we felt it was good service and good work and we would probably call them again.

The plumber arrived on time, was super friendly, and did the job as promised. We were also pleased with the price tag; another company quoted three times the cost for the same job.

I discovered a leaky pipe in the basement early in the morning before leaving for work. The leak was in a place where I couldn't use the shut off valve and had to turn the water off for the whole house. I called Malozi Plumbing and had a return call within 30 minutes. He promised someone would be there before lunch and kept his word. The repair was done quickly and the plumber left without leaving any mess. He was also very pleasant. I would definitely call him again! I was so pleased to get someone so quickly.
