Called for an estimate and was provided one via satellite measurement and received by email. My shingles were really black but they sprayed on their solution and the stains disappeared, I was very impressed. Nice folks to deal with would highly recommend.

Charged for sand so the surface is not hazardous. They did not put sand in the coating. The driveway is extraordinarily slippery. It is difficult to stand on without falling when trying to remove snow. called them to request that they fix the surface. They never returned my call. I would never recommend .

The company arrived on the day scheduled. I had contracted for the sealant with the additional black sand for traction. The sealant was applied in a very neat manner, with no overspray on the concrete sidewalks and concrete garage reveal. The driveway looks great now!

They came on time, did the work they promised in a friendly, courteous manner. They were very careful about keeping the seal from going on nearby bricks or on the garage floor cement. Very good job. I would use them again.

Can't beat the price and initial quality (so far so good), for over 1100 square feet of driveway. Why would I hassle with buckets and buckets of sealer and brushes, not to mention my time? They completed the work in a fraction of the time I could, without the mess.

The driveway was swept and blown clear of debris and nicely sealed for years to come.

They were very good. They first talked to me about what they were going to do and verify with me that was what I wanted them to day. They then cleaned the driveway and prep for the sealing. They repaired the cracks and then sealed the driveway. They then verified with me that it was what I wanted. Which it was. We talked over the care and when it should be done again.

I purchased this deal back in March. Vince was in contact with me and I was told that it would be put into his schedule as soon as the weather permitted. We had to reschedule several times due to unforeseen circumstances. But we always in constant contact with each other until we finally resolved our scheduling issues. I would highly recommend his services. Vince went out of us way with this project being his business is in the Mount Joy area and my house was located in the York County area.

First, I had trouble with the company returning my phone calls. Once a date was set for the work to be done, they arrived on time. However, instead of parking their truck in the street or the driveway, they drove up on my front lawn and parked it there. I could believe it! They had absolute no regard for my property. Once we got their truck where it belonged, parked in the street, the rest of the work went smoothly.

They were very easy to work with for a price quote as well as scheduling when I needed it completed. They took careful care not to get seal coating on the house. Their price is very reasonable considering it is oil based to prevent further cracking. The invoice is left in the door and payment terms at a discount are to be paid within 10 days. I do not believe they take credit cards so check is the best form of payment. They provide the envelope for mailing as well. Very easy transaction with quality work. There are a lot of companies that offer a less expensive form, but it's water based which ends up cracking one's driveway. I expect this will last quite a while. I paid the extra $35 for black sand to be applied to minimize tracking (car tire tracks on driveway). It was 4 days until we drove on it and unfortunately, we still got obvious tracking so I would recommend staying off your driveway for longer than recommended. Our driveway gets full sun all day long during the summer which probably doesn't help. I do highly recommend using the company and their products. They know what they are talking about and what they are doing.

They never called before showing up. They came on a Monday morning when no one was home. Upon coming home, the first thing we saw was that the grass was all black up to 3" from the driveway. Items that were on the driveway were just put on the grass in 90 plus degree heat. Had they called 24 hours ahead to confirm like we had asked, these items would have been moved somewhere besides on the lawn. Luckily no one had their cars parked in the garage, as some in the household work nightshift and sleep during the day. I called twice and left messages. They called back and insisted that they had called - but a check of our voice mail did not confirm this. They also stated that they do not do jobs without confirmation of day and time - which they NEVER did any confirmation. They also said that the grass would grow back - time will tell. We are extremely dissatisfied with this company and its so called service. We will never use them again and will never recommend them to anyone. We were so dissatisfied at first sight that we immediately took down their company sign that they had put in our flower bed at the mailbox also without our permission.

Went very well. Excellent communication at every step. They explained the process and materials used. They were clear in setting expectation on when the service would be performed. They called in days in advance to ensure I was ready as a reminder. They arrived on the scheduled date. Theytook their time to prepare the driveway, then profesionally applied the sealcoat and put up the visual barrier to protect inadvertent use of the driveway until the surface was ready. They curteous and did not leave any mess. My job was larger that the big deal so I did pay more but at an advertised discounted rate. Overall was very pleased.

Original scheduled date was postponed, understandably, due to weather issues. The company did not call back ahead of time to reschedule, but called a few weeks later to tell us that they would be there later that day, called an hour later and said they not be able to make it that day because of rain, but then showed up later that day to do the job (rain stopped). They did a good job sealing the driveway. As expected there was an extra charge because our driveway was larger than the deal covered.

It was excellent. They were prompt to respond, punctual, and very professional. A little bit of sealant was sprayed on the side of the shed and they were extremely quick to clean it off of the shed without my asking. I highly recommend their services.

It went fine. I wasn't there when they did it, but it was a good job and I wasn't disappointed. I think I would recommend them to my friends and family. We didn't have any complaints. It kept raining and they kept getting back to me, so they were good.

Found them on through Angie's List. Received an Angie's List discount. Went excellently. They cleaned off the driveway, shielded my lawn and garage door. They sprayed the sealer on, ensuring full coverage, especially at edges. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
