William did an excellent job. We needed repairs to our roof, and some other things. He responded quickly to our request for an estimate, gave us an honest assessment of our issues, and explained them in detail. He did not try to sell us more than we needed. He did the work well, quickly, and efficiently. We would use him again in the future.

William was excellent! Our family had to travel for the holiday and we thought we might have to cancel all our plans, but William got back to us right away and told us he could assess and complete all the work while we were gone ,while keeping in constant contact with us about what was going on with our roof. Highly recommend.

William came shortly after we called him with a roofing issue that was causing leaks. He examined the roof and gave us a detailed description of the various issues he saw. We hired him on the spot and he completed the repairs immediately. He took before and after pictures up on the roof so that he could show us exactly what fixes he implemented and explain why. We greatly appreciated his extensive knowledge on roofing and his attention to detail. We would highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again in the future.

William was very easy to talk to. He walked me through the problem areas of my roof and chimney I was having and how he could repair the damage. He was very good with his trade. I highly recommend him as he was very professional and did not rush the job! He also pointed out areas to keep an eye out for down the road so I would not be surprised.

We had a roof leak and found WM Braun through Angi's list. William reached out to us the night we posted about it, and was able to give us a free estimate the next day. He got out to fix the problem within the week. He was extremely professional, polite, and responsive. He kept us informed throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

My asphalt roof was leaking, William Braun came out the same day to inspect my roof. He provided me with some options and reasonable estimates. He was very easy to work with and very professional. He repaired my roof the next day and did a terrific job. I would highly recommend him.
