Replaced flashings and boots around a direct vent from ultra efficient gas furnace and gas water heater. I had 5 other roofing companies come out to look at problem. Four said they couldn't fix it. Said I needed to get a plumber. Another claimed to have fixed problem, but after a roofing inspector took pictures of "fix", it turned out they only dabbed roofing tar around flashings. Pro Roofing Solutions said that there must be a way they could fix leak and came back a week later and cut off vent, replaced flashing and used couplings to reattach direct vent. They took pictures to show before and after their work. They said company office would sent me a bill for the price I had agreed to before they started work. I would definitely hire them again!

This rating is one day after a roof repair. The company was quick to schedule an appointment, came to inspect the issue to give an accurate quote. Employee was professional and pleasant. Repair looks good, but I ll give it a few months to determine how the repair holds up. Cost was as quoted.

What a very nice company to deal with. After they completed the roof I had my electric upgraded and the new service line was larger than the old one and it was leaking when it rained. I call Kay to have someone take a look at it and they repaired it and did not charge me. Thank you for everything!

They came out and replaced my roof on my mobile home that had blown off after a bad install by another contractor. The entire company was wonderful from the Office Mgr to the installation crew. The work was fully explained to me and done when promised and the right way. Now I have a brand new GAF TPO roof and no worries! The product and work are both guaranteed and best of all VERY reasonably priced considering the quality of product line used. I highly recommend this company!

The company was very professional and responsive. Kay was very responsive even during the holiday. Luis came out and provided three estimate on different types of roofs and was very knowledgeable. I hired them and they installed a beautiful Liberty Roof (Flat roof) with a skylight. They provided us updates during the day and when they were done they cleaned up. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Their knowledge and customer service really WOWed us and they fixed my roof it no longer leaks.

They were professional at all levels from start to finish including office through clean up. They responded quickly to my inquiry, follow up questions and scheduled the work very quickly.

They did a great job with the repair and did a couple of extra things without a problem and at a reasonable price.

The first time I called this company I had a leak from the roof. I called the company and the rep - a lady named Kay - said she would get someone over as soon as possible. The person who came, Luis, listened to my issue and knew where to go. He fixed my issue, found 2 other vent pipes with bad seals, fixed them, and charge a very reasonable price. His pro-active inspection saved me additional possible water damage! Due to the great service this company provided, I called again when my sun room started taking water during a very heavy rain storm. Once again, Kay said she would see if someone could get to us, maybe in between calls. It was Luis again, thankfully. He identified the problem and suggested a solution. I accepted his proposal and once again my home was fixed and protected by a very good technician who actually seems to want to help the best he can - all at a reasonable price for the work. I will continue to call him (and recommend to my neighbors) for any needs related to my roof or gutters.

When there was a problem with the initial work, Pro Roof provided warranty to fix the problem. They took the responsibility to fix the problem professionally and thoroughly.
