went well. there was some miscommunication about the price and the owner, who did the work himself, gave us a discount even though he did much more work than the quoted price would be for. quoted price was a minimum, apparantly. he was very nice about it.

They are very professional and knowledgeable. They are very friendly. They always tend to do a good job. I would recommend them.

Everything went very well. The ants are gone, and they haven't returned.

On time and very professional. Occasionally though I think the the service is not as thorough applying pesticide as it should be.

Yellow jacket wasps were in my living room wall, and escaping into the house. I called PTC in the morning and immediately reached a live operator. She listened to my problem, radioed the owner while I was on the telephone with her, and made an appointment for that evening. She stated the probable price, which turned out to be correct. "Pat" was professionally and personally appealing. He diagnosed, explained, and eradicated the problem.

Overall, it could not have gone any better!

This was their second visit. I had them come out in April for ants. They had a reasonable price, he was responsive and on time. So there was no reason not to use him again when I had the issues with stink bugs.

Have had company every 3 months for over a year. Very professional. First call was due to carpenter ants getting into house. No problems since.

Inspection was performed efficiently by inspector sent out. He did the inside inspection first, then garage, then outside house perimeter so he would not be tracking dirt inside the house. He even rang the doorbell to remind me to close the garage door after he finished there.

The job went very well. Smaller locally based company that had good reviews. First service calls are done by the owner of the company. He knew what he was saying and he took his time explaining everything to us. It gave us a feeling of comfort.

Pat found no active termites and did not try to get us to spend money on treatments that are currently not needed. He pointed out damage from the past (our home is 140 years old!) and told me what to look for in order to prevent problems in the future. He spoke knowledgeably about different pests and ways to identify their damage and about the chemicals he uses in his work. Should a buyer of our property want a treatment and warranty in the future I would not hesitate to call PTC again to perform the actual work.

My experience with PTC was excellent. The person who took my phone call was very courteous. They were able to work with my schedule and came out quickly. The gentlemen who came to the house as very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to handle the problem. He sprayed the downstairs and the basement, as well as our stone patio. He was done in about 1/2 hours. He told me that it would take about six hours for the ants to disappear, but they were gone within minutes and I haven't seen a single ant in the house since. I have always preferred supporting good local businesses and I would not hesitate to use PTC again.

We called PTC for an ant problem; they came over and sprayed all areas of the house with a pet safe product (we have a dog) and also sprayed the windows and screens to ward off problematic stink bugs. They also checked our attic and found signs of a mouse, and set a humane trap, which was important to me. Very professional.

It was an excellent experience! They knew exactly what was going on. It wasn't just the guys that came out to do the work that were good; the receptionist was very knowledgeable. When I explained the problem she was pretty sure she knew it was carpenter ants that we were dealing with. She was able to give me a sense of what would happen, what the cost would be, and what I would have to do with the kids and pets. I didn't know, because we have never had to have any kind of pest control before. They were very quick to respond, and able to do the work right away. We are going to get a contract with them, so that they can do it on a regular basis. I think the prices were fair.

Recently I started having a problem with Yellow Jackets invading my attached garage. Eventually I located their entry point, and started spraying with items available commercially. After several weeks without any noticeable change I decided to call in an exterminator. My worry is that the pests would move from the garage to the occupied living spaces of the house and cause issues for my wife and pets. I understand that it is their busy season, but the tech was over an hour late to the appointment. Not a big deal, but at first he was only going to be 15 minutes late. After an hour I called to confirm he was still coming. Next is that they "quoted" me $160 for the job. What that actually means, is that their minimum cost for service is $160. The application for my needs was $210 plus tax. Once the tech arrived, he examined the area in question and I showed him the "problem" spots I had identified. The he proceeded to spray. The time for the entire service was less than half an hour. I expected that he might do some exploration of the area, or at least drill a few holes to treat behind the siding. Almost two weeks to the date later, I'm noticing activity again. I've called to schedule a followup under the "30 day warranty."

We heard mice in the walls of our house and found dropping in various places. Pat came out and was friendly and professional and walked with me around my entire house so that I could show him every place I heard/saw evidence of mice. He listened to me and gave me a lot of interesting information. He also searched for places where the mice could gain entry to the house, and sealed those areas. He took me around the house after he had set up bait boxes and sealed openings, showing me everything he did. There has been no evidence of mice anywhere in my house since he was here.

Pat was great! Thoroughly inspected the house and surrounding area and installed baits outdoors and in the basement. I haven't seen any signs of mice since! Wonderful service!

He was very thorough and he came right on time.

We had mice in the house and called Pat. He came out the next day and we haven't seen a mouse since. He is extremely thorough and doesn't use those nasty traps. He is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend him to anyone with a pest problem.

Fantastic job. I called PTC the morning I found the 4th mouse. I had put off calling an exterminator as we have two cats and two dogs. We thought that we didn't need to call anyone that the animals would take care of the problem and it would go away. Also worried about poison around pets. The fourth mouse was the last straw. The lady in the office was very nice on the phone. She told me that Pat, the owner, would get back to me within the hour, which he did. He must have heard how upset I was and assured me that he would be there within two hours. He arrived quickly and went about thoroughly checking the house, the attic and outside. He set boxes in the basement, garage and attic and outside, not in the living area. I was assured that even in if the dogs got to them outside, they could not get into them. He was right. It has been a month and the house is mice-free. Pat really knows his field. I am amazed at what a thorough job he did and he has a great personality!.

Pat was awesome!! Called Tuesday, came on Wed. right on time. Spent over an hour checking out the house. Did an amazingly thorough job checking for termites, as the house had a previous history and we just moved in. He found the termites by checking the mulch around the entire perimeter of the house. He explained everything to us, even had us watch a 12 min. DVD on termites and treatment! He was completely aware of our pets and made sure everything he did was pet friendly (he was friendly to our dogs, too!) He was honest when it came to my question of moles in the backyard, he suggested getting a lawn service company to take care of that, as they're better equipped to deal with it. He could have charged us and done some minimal work back there, but he didn't, which is honorable in my book. The man cares about his business, and it shows from start to finish. We will be using his services for our business as well. There is no other exterminator for us.

Unbelievably well! Pat arrived on time and was thorough with a wealth of experience he brings to the field. Thanks to the prior Angie's List posts, I relied on their surveys to use Pat's services for a piece of mind termite inspection. He was a joy to deal with and it became readily apparent why there are so many positive posts about his company on Angie's List. He was a complete professional and not once did I get the impression he was trying to run off to the next job. I will have absolutely no hesitation calling his company again for service should the need arise.

I was very satisfied with my services because they inspected my whole house. They filled a hole that they thought mice could come through and double checked each room. I was very pleased that they thought of my dog and did not place any mouse traps in his way.

I called PTC pest control service this morning, and by 2:30 today the job was finished. The office staff was polite and thorough, even calling me back to offer pricing information (that I neglected to ask about in my initial call). My appointment was scheduled for 3:30, but Pat called and offered to come earlier.... he looked at my property, showed me the insect damage and explained what the problem was, made suggestions about long term care, and proceeded to spray accordingly. He was friendly, went above and beyond to answer questions and even sprayed where he saw a potential ant issue. Aware that I have a toddler, he also let me know that it was safe (once the spray had dried) to have access to the back yard and deck.
