They were very professional and honest. He told us that he subbed the work out but he had all the fabrics. He was prompt and answered all of my telephone calls.

Excellent! John came to my home to look at the windows and provide me with samples and suggestions. He was on time and spent time to understand my taste and needs. Once completed, he made the appointment to install. Installation was painless. They arrived on time, I had a another appointment in the afternoon and John made sure I was able to make it. There was no mess and Mike, the installer, took the time to ensure the drapes hung properly and that the blinds were operational. Overall it was a super great experience and I look foward to having the remaining windows done.

John provided excellent customer service. Although we decided we needed to paint our living room before we could make final decisions about slipcovers, we will DEFINITELY be calling Rosen Interiors when the time comes. John was very transparent about pricing. The process the company uses seems quite streamlined. Customer service was excellent. I would expect no less of the quality of their work based on my interactions with John.

We replaced the skylights in our family room - they measure 3 feet by 8 feet. The previous ones had blinds attached. The new skylights have no buil- in shade mechanism, and the heat was becoming oppressive. So we called on John Laye of Rosen Interiors for a solution. We now have lovely shades which allow diffused light in, provide insulation from heat/cold, and can be opened/closed. The price is a bit more than we wanted to spend, but we are very happy with the result. And the family room is cooler already.

Came to house on time and was very professional. never did upholstering before it is expensive but it was worth it.

The folks there were professional, however, I was surprised by the quality of the shades. They smelled strongly of chemicals and the pull down was placed on the wrong side. Not total deal breakers, but considering how much I paid for them, I was a disappointed However, the staff was punctual and professional.

They provided excellent choice of quality fabrics. Most importantly, Mr. Laye oversaw the work with professionalism and care, and he stood behind his work categorically, replacing the door treatments twice---though it may well have been our own miscommunication---until we were wholly satisfied. The installation was done perfectly, and we rarely have experienced such responsible oversight and concern for a customer's well-being.

Overall, I was satisfied with the services.

John came to our house twice to troubleshoot the best way to cover a very large skylight. He was thorough, meticulous, and incredibly responsive to our needs and our phone calls. The end product is an attractive room darkening shade the fits perfectly. I was most impressed by his attention to detail in both the measuring and installation of the shade.

It went very well. I had a difficult time selecting fabric and John thought outside the box and came up with a great solution.

One of the drapes and cornices was perfect but one was too long. Within one week, it was replaced and rehung. He would not allow us to pay for ANYTHING until the final installation was complete and we were satisfied.

John and his installer, Michael, were both very helpful and professional. They helped me to decide what I wanted and the finished product was even nicer than expected. They were exactly right about the hardware they suggested and took extra care to install the treatments perfectly - when the hem hung too low in one spot, Mike took them back to the shop and returned with them the next day and they were perfect!

Initial contact was an answering machine. However, they promptly responded to the message and quickly arranged the initial appointment. John, one of the owners, was friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. The selection of fabrics, styles, and accessories could be better. It took longer than expected to have the drapes completed. I shared that my time line was flexible but, stated I needed them installed before Thanksgiving. The installation happened the day before Thanksgiving. The installation was very professional and efficient. One bedroom treatment had to be re-done at their cost because the valance was too short. Fabric had to be added to the top of the family room treatment that could be viewed from the second floor. The fabric tie backs had to be replaced with commercial tie backs as originally discussed. With the corrections and the need to re-order fabric, the total project not finished until March 29th. I appreciate the effort and commitment to ensure that I was satisfied with the project upon completion. It reflects the pride of ownership.

The 2 guys were very personable to help a disabled person. They really helped me in my need.

THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE WAS EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE INSTALLATIONS WERE HANDLED VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THIS IS NOT A BARGAIN OPERATION.

THEY ARE QUICK TO RESPOND AND THEY BRING THE MATERIALS TO YOU FOR A CONSULTATION. WHEN THEY TELL YOU THE MATERIALS ARE READY TO INSTALL THEY ARE READY AND SHOW UP ON TIME.
