I got in touch with Doug through a friend at my church and told him what I needed. He was able to stop by that same week to do the repairs which was great! He showed up exactly when he said he would, was very polite and professional, and did a great job for us. He asked me a lot of questions before coming out, so when he came he had all of the right parts with him and didn't have to make a second trip. The problem with the fan was fixed with ease and he changed the light switches - in and out in no time! He got right to work, but was very friendly. I wasn't sure how hard it would be to get someone out here since it was a small job, but Doug told me he does all size jobs from very small to very large. He shared a few stories with me when he was here and it sounds like he has a pretty broad background with some impressive experiences. His prices were extremely reasonable and I would definitely have him back for more work in the future, and recommend him highly.
