Movers were nice. Some of my furniture was damaged, not in the move, but moving it down the steps, my drawers out of my chest were dropped, my clothes fell out of my drawers and most of my drawers are broken, and because I signed a Bill of Lading BEFORE they moved me, I could only be reimbursed for .60 cents per pound. My furniture is ruined and it cost me thousands of dollars. I received a nice apology, however, they had no problem cashing my check for the move. I would NOT recommend this company for moving! It's a company, they are out to make a dollar and this is certainly what they are accomplishing, at the expense of others when they need help.

Excellent. The movers were friendly, professional, and speedy. They picked up and delivered everything perfectly, without any incidents or damage. I have used this company many times over the years (at least 6 times). Have never been disappointed, they know what they're doing.

Move date had to be changed at last minute due to delay on closing new home. Recieved no problems from office staff. They asked if I still needed to move out of my current house, and/or if my belongings needed to be placed in storage. I told them no, and was told simply to call back when my new home was ready. Called to reschedule two weeks later and schedule the move for 4 days later.

Movers (Melvin, Matt, ????) arrived and quickly survey my house to determin how best to load up. They got to work quickly and asked very little of me. They worked quick and took only a few breaks for water. Showed care for my items. Were concerned that everything I wanted to move was loaded in the truck. Unloading was done quickly as well. I was not picky as to where items were placed which sped up the unloading process and seemed to appease the movers. They stated that they normally take a lunch break between loading and unloading, but skipped it as the outside temperature was quickly rising. Total time was one half hour less than originally quoted. This was the first time I have used a moving company and was happy with their service. No items were damaged or broken.

They were very sloppy. They had protective mats in the van to keep from scratching the furniture but they never used them. They never used the straps they had to keep my furniture in place while in the van either. They put all the empty boxes on the ground in the storage room instead of putting them on top of the furniture and because they did that, I had to get an additional storage space.
