The salesman who visited my home presented the options offered and described the installation and cladding process in detail. The installers were professional, explained the work as they proceeded and cleaned up thoroughly as they worked.

They were some minor issues, but they did correct any that arose.

The first order was placed with Pella, to replace two original (c1975) windows identified by a painter as having badly rotted frames. My wife, who has relatives in Sweden and has experienced Pella windows there, has wanted for years to try some Pella windows, so this was her opportunity. They seemed to be doing everything right. I am disappointed about the slight dimensional error for the second windows. I am also disappointed that the Pella person checked the form for "possible lead" without discussing it with us. It is most likely that this was not necessary. Their installer (Infinity Windows--see separate report) did a good job. I am disappointed with the result for one reason: with all of the gadgetry (e.g., blinds embedded between the two panes of the window), the open space of the windows ls less than it was with the older, simpler windows. That is a consequence of Pella's design; the Pella representative could have alerted us to this, but he probably assumed that my wife knew it from her experience with Pella windows in Sweden.

My daughter handled it, she contacted several companies and handled all the finance arrangements. She is very pleased with it. We've had at least one of our neighbors come over to ask who put in the windows. They were very good. We went to the show room and we checked everything out and it was done very well. They explained everything to us, there was an issue with the wall and some marble. It was a good price and everyone who sees them likes them.

My experience was pretty good. They came in and did what they needed to do. The windows on the whole are priced a little high, but they are good quality windows. They are installers and they do a good job. I would recommend them to family and friends but I would tell them to be aware that they are a little higher priced than some of the other ones but they are good quality windows. The company is good to deal with. I would consider using them again.

All went extremely well. No problems, and extremely pleased. Windows were beautiful and improved heating bill. Would recommend highly.

Could have been much worse, but common courtesy tells us to return phone calls...

They were on time and did the job as expected. Their prices are a bit expensive, but are worth the product.

My experience so far has been good. They are prompt and knowledgeable.

The windows they put in were more historically accurate than standard double pane windows. They were expensive. It was an eight window job. The installers were super professional and responsible. They did a great job and I was very happy. They were pleasant to have around.

They came out multiple times and were very easy to work with. They gave me the right door after giving me the wrong one. It was very unique. Service was fantastic. They replaced the handle and they repaired it quickly. The doors are fantastic. Although the pricing was joke with this company. They could never tell me what the actually price was and they kept jacking it up every time I called.

We really like the quality of the window and liked going through the actual (window) company rather than a sub-contractor.

SALESMAN (JEFF TONARELLI) GAVE ACCURATE AND PRECISE DETAILS AND COSTS. INSTALLATION WAS FLAWLESS. WORKERS ARRIVED ON TIME, MADE LITTLE OR NO MESS, AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY LEFT. IT WAS AS IF THEY HAD NEVER BEEN THERE! WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE AESTHETICALLY PLEASING, AS WELL AS EXTREMELY FUNCTIONAL. PELLA MIGHT BE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER WINDOW COMPANIES BUT THEIR SERVICE AND PRODUCTS ARE WORTH IT!

THE MEN WHO WORKED ON OUR WINDOWS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND PRODUCTIVE. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION.

THE SALESMAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL; SOMETIMES WAS HARD TO GET A HOLD OF. THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS! THEY WERE ON THE JOB EVERY DAY AT THE TIME THEY QUOTED AND FINISHED THE ENTIRE JOB IN 3 DAYS. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT.

ALL THE PELLA REPRESENTATIVES I DEALT WITH WERE VERY NICE AND WERE ABLE TO EXPLAIN FULLY ALL THEIR PRODUCTS. WHEN MY WINDOW WAS MEASURED AND DELIVERED, THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND FRIENDLY.
