Replaced gutters and downspouts and added leaf guards to all new gutters and one section of existing gutter. Very timely in giving estimate and in setting up a date for the work to be done (they actually did the work about 2 weeks earlier than expected). A bit pricey, but the estimator seemed more knowledgeable and the quality of the products seemed superior to the other company I called. One young man came out and did all of the work in one day. All of the old gutters and any construction debris was cleaned up and the appearance of the finished job was excellent. After he left, I sprayed water onto the roofs to see if there were any leaks... there were. All of the end caps leaked. I immediately called the company and left a message explaining the problem. I quickly got a callback from the original estimator who repeatedly said that this type of thing had never happened in his 13 years with the company. He said that by me spraying water into the gutters, I had washed out the "self-leveling sealer" that was applied. I explained that no one said to not test the gutters. He again said that this had never happened before.. they have even installed gutters in the rain without this happening. I felt that he was blaming me for the leaks. I did not think that I was "blaming" them, although the leaks were there. Two days later, we had a 15 minute downpour and the water still leaked from the end caps. The result was that they sent the same installer back out about five days after the initial work. He told me that his boss said that sometimes the attachment of the leaf guard to the end cap causes the end cap to move, possibly causing it to leak. He reapplied sealant and reattached the leaf guard and sprayed water onto the roofs to check for a leak... there was none. I had no issue with the quality of the materials or the workmanship of the installer. I just wish that the estimator would not have been so insistent that the "problem" was not anything that "they" did. It made me feel very uncomfortable... he was basically "blaming" me for the leaks, that explains the 3.5 score in customer service. The 4.5 score is because they had to come out a second time to "make it right". Much like one of the other reviewers, I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the leaf guard system at this time, nor can I determine how well the gutters and downspouts will withstand the winter freezes and thaws.

Timely, information about product was helpful, accommodated schedule and got job done quickly. Too early to review about rain and leaves....

Everything was fast, friendly and professional. I will be having these folks back to do some other work. They didn't try to sell me the "top of the line", or most expensive product or service. They listened to my needs and found the best, cost effective way to eliminate my problem.

The service man who did the installation was very professional and did a great even though it was snowing most of the time he was here.
