This is a fine company. The Sales technician is an adroit professional who was thorough in his assessment of my gutter issue and offered solutions that will immediately eliminate festering problems that were due to an inadequate water removal system. The installation team was timely and efficient. Their proficient work even included offering solutions for another exterior problem. I would be remiss, however, if the following observation was not made. Prior to choosing Eagle, in my due diligence, I was able to speak with three (3) previous customers and found it insulting to be asked to make a down payment for this "small" project that was not in alignment with the company's standard request. This was even confirmed by the administrative representative when she made the request for the project down payment. Notwithstanding, I am very impressed with Eagle's quality of work and would still work with this organization and recommend them for future projects.

We had downspout damage as a result of a thunderstorm. Steve of Eagle building Solutions sympathetic to our situation and scheduled repairs the following day. Aaron the technician was prompt and solved our problem efficiently and did a professional job. A1 company!
